- PET-FRIENDLY POLICY- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets (less than 50 pounds). Pets MUST be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $195 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Renter Agreement: A signed renter agreement is required within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be canceled.
- Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum renter age is 21.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the cabin. Violations are subject to a $1000 odor removal fine.
- Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a fee of $195 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Outdoor Surveillance: The property is equipped with outdoor cameras that monitor the driveway and front entrance for security purposes.
- Credit Card Fraud: We reserve the right to report and prosecute all instances of credit card fraud.

- We provide linens for all beds, four bath towels per bathroom, washcloths, and pool room towels (48 bath towels, 20 pool towels, 36 washcloths,12 bath mats)

- We provide the following to get you started: 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
- Additionally, we also stock large bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.
