Villa Milana est fraîchement construire villa de 4 chambres moderne avec piscine privée chauffée régler dans un 100m quartier calme de la mer. Il y a 150m2 de surface habitable situé sur 2 étages.
Chaque étage dispose est sur la vie privée avec 2 chambres, salle de bains, ainsi que d'un grand salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée.
Vous pourrez profiter de la grande piscine de 10m x 4m. Il y a un grand jardin avec facilité et enfants barbecue aire de jeux.

Juste sortir de la maison et vous pouvez profiter de Kastela et faire une promenade le long de la mer, plus de 8 km de marche le long de la mer et profiter des 7 beaux villages de Kastela.

De Split historique Dioclecian Palace est à seulement 16 km, ainsi que la belle ville de Trogir 12 km

Great stay

Two seperate apartments (one on the groundlevel and the same on 1. Floor with seperate access). The host family was very friendly. Heated pool and a jacuzzi. Thank you for hosting us!

Convenient location and friendly owner

Placed equidistant between Split and Trogir, its a nice little bolthole to rest at. Cabs are about 15-20 minutes either way, and travel to the airport is about 12 minutes. Davor is lovely and very accomodating and was helpful finding places nearby to go for food. Will definitely come back again

Wonderful stay

Excellent villa which was perfect for 2 families sharing as each had a different floor. Pool was excellent and the hot tub was an unexpected surprise. Davor and Josipa are very friendly and helpful-responding very promptly to our questions. Location is great, approx 20/25 minute drive to Split. Short walk to various small beaches with lovely clear water and various water sports. If we return to Split, we would definitely stay here again.

A lovely villa in a great location, walking distance to the beach and wonderful local restaurant situated right in the sea front. Short drive to Split and Trogira - which are well worth the visit. Close to numerous quaint Kastelas along the coast. Hosts were very welcoming. Offering cherry brandy on arrival and offered us use of their fresh grown vegetables from the garden... the tomatoes were amazing. The villa is set out as two apartments, one up and one down stairs which worked great for our family and our parents. Thoroughly recommended

My family and I have just returned from a lovely week stay, at this gorgeous villa. There were 10 of us all together, ranging from 2 to 74. The villa was perfect for us all. The location is great, so peaceful and quiet, walking distance to the beach and local bars/cafes, shops. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. We arrived on a day where all the shops were closed and Josipa had bought us some supplies to tide us over, also driving us to the local shop the next day, so we could stock up. Check in and out was seamless, we arrived on an early flight, and it was no issue to drop our bags in before check in time and head out to the local area until we could check in.Communication is excellent, property as described, area is beautiful. Public transport is great, we used taxis and ubers but there are also bus stops very close by. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a fabulous family holiday in this villa. We had already stayed in the location, so we knew what to expect from the area. The villa was perfect. Close enough to the sea to be able to walk there for a pre-breakfast swim. The pool was big enough to accommodate all 9 members of the family. Having 4 bikes was a real bonus and we were able to cycle along the coastline. The host could not have been friendlier. Perfect!

We had a great time in this villa. Everything was tidy and worked well. There are 2 floors with 2 kitchens and 4 bedrooms. You can even use some bicycles for free. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance (a good and cheap restaurant is Baletna Škola). To get by bus to Split or Trogir it takes around 30 minutes. I can absolutely recommend this. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

1,000 stars & a million thanks

This rental made our vacation. We were a family of 9, spanning 3 generations, and everyone enjoyed it. The apartments were stylishly furnished and clean. We were so comfortable that we all felt at home. We walked to the nearby beach & there were several other beaches around that we explored. Some in our party walked to the bus station and took the bus to Split. It’s perfectly located between Split & Trogir for easy exploring. We were able to return to the serene beauty of the rental after a crazy day at Split or Trogir, so, our trip was very relaxing. And trust me, there are very few human beings that are as kind as the hostess, Josipa. Not only would we recommend this place, several in our party have already started recommending it to friends. I rate this place 1,000 stars. And I have a million thanks for the phenomenal hostess.

Einfach nur toll!

Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage haben uns wunschlos glücklich gemacht. Perfekt für zwei Familien, die getrennte Wohnungen bevorzugen. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und so willkommen fühlten wir uns auch die ganze Zeit. Ob bei der Suche nach einem Arzt, Fragen zu Ausflügen oder der Kulanz bzgl. zerbrochener Kleinteile war Josipa die beste Gastgeberin. Auch die frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten, der Schnaps und das selbst gebackene Gebäck der Mutter haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt! Auch die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super, Grill klasse, Klimaanlage sehr gut, Küche gut ausgerüstet. Ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen!!!!!

Ein wirklich toller Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Großes Plus sind zwei vollbekommen autarke Wohnungen mit eigner Küche etc. und nette Vermieter an einem tollen Ort. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Our stay first week in October 2019

We stayed a week at Villa Milana, 6 adults and 2 kids (3,5 yrs and 1,5 yrs). The 2 apartements were really cosy and functional, and it was very soundproof (considering the small kids' early mornings ;) ). The pool area was lovely, and the pool was warm and clean. The surroundings were nice, lots of narow streets and beautiful gardens with oranges, pomegranates, lime, olives etc. Close to the airport and to nice Split and Trogir, i.e short transportations. And very close to the sea and to lovely stone beaches. We were very well welcommed and taken care of by Josipa and her family! Sophia even brought a delicious chocolate cake on my birthday, so kind! We hope to be back in Croatia and at Villa Milana soon again. Thank you! //Katarina with family

Fantastic villa and hosts

A great villa with everything you could wish for and more. Welcome drinks and snacks very much appreciated when we arrived late in the evening. Pool had lots of seating and plenty of shade - very clean and very good quality facilities. Great BBQ and everything provided to get started. The veg garden was lovely and useful in our cooking too! The hosts are great and very helpful which added to our enjoyment. There is a lot to see and do and the area is not at all over developed with great restaurants in walking distance and so much better value than most of Europe. Would most definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful villa

This is in fact 2 apartments, one above the other, which really suited our party of 2 families. Both places were lovely, chic, bright, sunny and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Fantastic, large garden area with large pool, which was God-send in the heat, although the villa is only a few mins from the sea, beach and bars if preferred. Josipa & Davor, and their daughter Milana were great hosts, providing any help we needed without being intrusive, and Sophia (who lives nearby) was welcoming, kind and generous, providing home-grown vegetables and local liqueurs, and we particularly enjoyed the company of her gorgeous cats! Wonderful stay, highly recommended as a good base for exploring Croatia.

Supert opphold med topp gjestfrihet

Flott feriebolig som passer bra for en storfamilie på 6 voksne og to små barn. Vertskapet er fantastisk, imøtekommende, hjelpsomme. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne og godt ivaretatt. Vi fikk fri tilgang til grønnsakshagen og ble traktert med hjemmelagde produkter. Uteplassen kunne vært litt større og bedre tilrettelagt for små barn. Savnet også et landsbysentrum litt nærmere.

Fabulous Family Holiday

Thank you to Josipa, Davor and family for their lovely hospitality during our stay. The Villa lived up to all expectations. It was a great base for exploring the local area as well as further afield like Plitvice Lakes and Krka National Park. The villa and pool were wonderful - a real home away from home. A lovely week in Villa Milan

We, 9 persons 3-70 years old, from Sweden, spent a really nice week in the month of may 2019 in the villa. Josipa was fantastik and helpt us with anything we needed or asked for. The Villa was light and clean and in the big warm pool we spent a lot of time. Every night we had dinner at the big table by the pool. We also biked and walked the fine way along the sea just near the villa. When we arrived we where very nice welcomed and even got a newbaked cake another day! We really had a lovely visit in the villa and we would like to return another time.

Great Holiday

Property was furnished in an attractive contemporary style.Pool was well maintained and perfect for the hot weather! We received a warm welcome from Josipa and her delightful mother and they were both always available if we had any questions.
