We are incredibly proud and honoured to invite you to experience and enjoy our life’s work – our beautiful hacienda named after our son – Villa Tomislav.

We can be confident enough to tell you that there is nothing even remotely similar to our home. From the second you drive in through the gates, you will feel as if you have entered into a true Mediterranean fairy tale. Romantic driveway surrounded by the line of perfectly cut olive trees and unavoidable blue colour of Adriatic Sea and its famous islands, will slowly reveal our home proudly built with hand-picked Mediterranean stone and our entire heart. This house was never built for commercial purposes – it was simply built to be enjoyed, to be filled with love and happiness, and to allow its visitors to re-connect with the best of what this life has to offer… Regardless of what pictures or descriptions we include here, feeling of driving into this beautiful hacienda is simply indescribable and ALL of its visitors have witnessed that none of it can do it justice (please read reviews from our lovely guests). Nestled at the bottom of city’s soul, environmentally protected forest “Marjan”, our hacienda is both secluded from the city noise allowing for the COVID-friendly isolation and full privacy (birds as your only neighbours), as well as located only a short drive (5 mins) or walk (15 mins) from the old city centre (restaurants, nightlife, Diocletian Palace, etc.). Location of the house is simply second-to-none and you will be quick to understand why.

•Outdoor terrace with Mediterranean style stone barbecue and famous Dalmatian ‘peka’ (we are happy to prepare for you and/or teach you how to do it)

•Baby / kids equipment including portable baby bed, feeding chair, baby pool, outdoor slides, toys, etc.
