Fabulous stay!

We came down for a long weekend to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The house was exactly as described and the perfect space for our family! Will absolutely be looking to book again next time we are heading to the Cape.

Great home base for family vacation

This house was the perfect layout and size for our family vacation. Loved having two living rooms, spacious kitchen, big backyard for kids to play in, and everything we needed for the meals we cooked at home, laundry and s’mores around the fire. Great location close to many beaches, town, grocery.

Perfect house

We had a great experience staying at Kates home. She was the best host ive ever had and the house was actually even nicer than the pictures! Great location as well! Will be back next year!

Great size and location

We had a great stay at Kate's property. Perfect size and location for our family (7 adults, 1 child). We loved the fully-fenced backyard and deck, and spent a lot of time in the cozy living/dining room. 10/10 would recommend!

Cape Cod getaway

Spent 2 weeks with family celebrating a destination wedding. Enjoyed the beach, whale watching, pirate museum, glass works, maritime museum, Atwood house and browsed the shops on Main Street in Chatham. Wonderful restaurants topped it off.

Great rental!

We loved our stay! The house is convenient to town and the Chatham baseball games. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen had all the items anyone would need. We enjoyed the backyard and the gas fire table. We played badminton in the yard as well. The host was very responsive to all questions. Would def stay again!!

Ideal for a weekend getaway!

This home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Plenty of space and close to so many beaches and shops. The inside was charming, plenty of comfortable bedrooms, and the backyard was relaxing and quiet. Also appreciated that there was a coffeeshop right across the street. Kate was very helpful and quick to respond. It was a pleasure to stay here -- would recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience at Crook’s Nook! Everything is as described in the listing, overall a really great house! It comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 5 kids- with room to spare! Awesome place - highly recommend!

Everything as planned and expected

Great house for a large group, very nice, clean, bright, and pleasant. The kitchen is super well equipped with everything you need to cook a large nice meal. Very happy with the rental!

Wonderful Stay!

The house offered up so much space for our family of 8 and would have been super for more (we had 3 that could not make it). The backyard was perfect for family games and although on a main street was super quiet! It became our second home really quick! Location was perfect and so close to the biking trails. Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is great and all we could want for a Cape Cod house. 9 of of us were comfortable with plenty of space and enjoyed our time. The property is located perfectly. There is a beach within a 4 minute drive and a great coffee shop and raw bar across the street. This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The owners are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay

I loved the property and the outside features, however I do believe at this price, linens should be provided. It would have made all the difference in the world to us. Otherwise, the place is awesome!!

Hi Daryl, We appreciate your feedback, and wish it could be easier to provide linens for our guests. Unfortunately, doing so creates many logistical issues given our tight turn-around times on changeover days. The only solution could be to hire a linen rental company, but we find that most of our guests appreciate the option to save a little money by bringing their own. Family vaca

This was the perfect location and home for our family! The kitchen was very well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The backyard was spacious and cozy, allowing the kids (and some of the adults) plenty of room to play some catch with the football, while the remainder of the family enjoyed the deck and watched. Kate was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Comfortable updated house!

A lovely home and very well appointed. It was spacious for our family reunion and the kitchen was generously stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. It was a pleasure to work with the owners who were very accommodating. The only downside for us was it was not walking distance to beaches and there were no sidewalks for a stroll.

Family Wedding

The house was as advertised and convenient to all events associated with a wedding we attended. The home provided plenty of space for seven adults to relax, beds were comfortable & the home exudes Cape charm! Our hosts were easy to work with & there were no issues during our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.
