This professionally Interior Designed home to stay is perfect for group/Family trips. A Spacious 4 level home with high-end finishes. Prime location in the heart of City of Mississauga! Minutes to all Hwy's 403, 401, 427 & QEW. Ten mins from the Airport, 20 minutes to Downtown Toronto. Easy access to Go Stations/Bus Terminals. Walking distance To Square One Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Theaters. Spectacular Executive Townhouse with 9 Ft Ceiling, 4 Bedrooms, Rec Room & 3 full baths/2.5 Washrooms The property is very clean and tastefully decorated with very high end furniture and finishes. Each room is designed to give you the most comfort to make you feel at home. Starting with the open concept living room; we have a custom made sofa that is perfect for sprawling out and watching movies. The 55in TV as access to Netflix for all your movie and show needs. Right below the TV is our beautifully set fire place. From the open concept living room you walk into the kitchen area. Here you have a picture perfect set up from the beautiful coffee mural to the full kitchen appliances. Making your way to the second floor you’ll find an elegant dinner table set up that sits 6-8 guests. This space feels like fine dinning and is perfect for an intimate family dinner experience. From there you see our picturesque stair case, that is another amazing spot for photos of your group. This staircase takes you to the third floor where you can find the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. On the third floor you’ll find the Master bedroom and bath. The Master bathroom has a luxurious soaking bath that is perfect after a long day of traveling. Here we offer a bath tray, along with bath salts. The other two rooms are a standard room with a queen sized bed and one that has a bunk bed set up perfect for a family traveling with children. Finally we also offer a game room. This room features a foosball table along with an eight person poker table to play a tournament style poker game or any other card games of your choice. The entire house is accessible except the garage. I’m always a text or phone call away to answer any questions or inquiries Square one is located in the heart of central Mississauga and is Canada's premier destination for retail, lifestyle, and entertainment. Easy access to Toronto and all of Mississauga without having to rely on a car. Walk to all the restaurants ,pubs, shopping mall all this within 5 minutes from the property Parking available on property private driveway also easy access to trains, buses, ubers all steps from the property. At the moment the garage is not available for use however you can park the car on the driveway

The space is amazing and bright in an easy to get to and safe neighborhood. Easy for lots of people to have their own quiet space but also lots of room for a large group to gather. Nice decor and easy environment to relax in. Lots of amenities very close and host was very responsive and accommodating. We plan on going back again.

The process from beginning to end was seamless. The property is absolutely beautiful, just as shown in pictures. The area is also very nice. Alot of stores and activities to do near by! Would definitely stay again for sure!

Perfect spot for large group outside Toronto

We stayed with a group of 8, this property was Perfect for two families. Very large and spacious, and an easy drive into Toronto. The home was clean and had every amenity we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was very simple.

Excellent stay near Toronto Airport (YYZ)

We stayed here as a convenient central base while visiting various places in and around the Greater Toronto Area and even Niagara Falls. About a 10min drive to Toronto Airport (YYZ). Nice upscale stay. Surprising there are a total of 4 floors in this condo!

Good location

The rental was close to the airport and Square One a big mall. Lots of good food choices near by and just a little over an hour to Niagara falls. We liked the Keurig and Tim Hortons coffee pods and my daughter liked the bunk bed. It was convenient to have a dedicated parking space.

Wedding Celebration Gathering

We booked this Unit in preparation to attend our daughter’s wedding. From initial contact and hospitality with Amar to our entire stay we were extremely impressed. The location and the size of the unit was perfect for our visit. This property is highly recommended from the tasteful decor, the spacious layout and its location with amenities very close made our stay beyond perfect.

Great Location, Property and Host!

We decided to stay at a VRBO after pricing out hotel stays based on the size of our party and accommodations needed. The price point was one third what it would have costed and nowhere near as nice. The townhome is as described with no hidden surprises! We would recommend this for anyone interested in staying within the Toronto area as we plan on staying there again ourselves.

We checked into another less than desirable VRBO site Thursday night 10-31-24. After deciding that that lodging was not going be acceptable, we found Anwar"s unit online and were very happy. Anwar was very willing to accommodate our party at the last minute and provided excellent service!

Upscale living with easy access to Toronto

This is an amazing townhome with great amenities! Beautifully decorated and very well laid out. Our family of six was very comfortable throughout our stay. The game room in the basement was a hit, as was the PS4 in the family room. Plenty of local places to eat nearby as well. We ventured into downtown Toronto, which was an within easy drive. And we also went to the Premium outlets which were close by. Entry was easy and our communication with the host was flawless. We will use this place again for sure!

Great property and excellent management

I was very nervous about staying in a rental property for the first time. I was concerned about the cleanliness and whether the home was as nice in photos as in person. My anxiety was unnecessary as this rental property lived up to expectations. It is exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to messages and very accommodating with requests - he really seems to care about his guests' experience. The location is super close to the airport as well as Square One and convenient to all the highways to get around the greater Toronto area. The WiFi was also really good, which was important to us. I would recommend this if you're looking for a central location to stay in Mississauga. We would stay at this property again.

NOT a deluxe luxury home.

The exterior property and location are good and the host was very responsive and helpful. The issue is the lack of care by the owners to provide basic things like hangars in the bedrooms, a place to put your clothes and the pillows besides on your suitcase or on the floor. Also amenities like soap, towels, etc. were mainly previous guest leftovers. The home needs a full thorough cleaning, and regular cleaning after that. Not just the obvious basic surface cleaning performed. Just look in the kitchen drawers or under the bed. Remnants of many other guests are prevalent throughout. Games room is archaic. Only master has side tables and bedside lamps. All other rooms have dollar store battery operated side table lights only, or just blaring ceiling lights only. Main living room lighting is all lights on in an area or none. No dimming, just blaring light. Furniture is in need of updating. The garage is full of old horrible junk, so had to park 2nd car on the street, where I registered for a free pass (recommended by owner) and received a 65 parking ticket anyway.This is not a luxury home. It may at one time have been, but now appears like a bunch of frat kids are running the upkeep and maintenance now, on a very cheap budget trying to save every nickel and charging more than they should get for this home. I will be requesting to Vrbo directly to have the home downgraded, if this is the type of care extended by the hosts to guests.
