The Serenity Home Pool/Yoga/Game Room by the Lake

A visit to Mississauga or Toronto will be unforgettable at the Serenity House!

Our home offers a private resort-style experience unmatched by other vacation homes in Mississauga or Toronto.

Our heated pool has a connected Jacuzzi (jetted tub) and a waterfall. It overlooks a forested ravine where you will hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping and water trickling onto the pool.

Plenty of lounge chairs are available in the spring & summer months to lay down and relax near the pool.

THE SPACE:
The home offers over 3,000 square feet of space with:

• Pool/Jacuzzi Spa (ONLY open from May 1 - Oct 1)
• 4 Bedrooms [2 king & 2 Queen Beds]
• 4 Baths [2 on the 2nd floor, 1 on the main floor, 1 in the basement]
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Large Dining Table
• Yoga/Sun Room overlooking the ravine backyard
• Game room downstairs with ping pong table and board games
• Laundry

LAYOUT Of THE HOME:
PRIMARY BEDROOM - This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a king size pillow top mattress, TV, Walk-in closet, ensuite bath.

PRIMARY BEDROOM #2 - This bedroom is also located on the second floor with a queen pillow top mattress and its own ensuite bath

BEDROOM # 3 - Located on the main floor with a king size pillow top mattress and a Jack & Jill Bathroom.

BEDROOM # 4 - Located on the main floor with a queen size pillow top mattress with a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Lake Ontario is located just down the street within 5 minutes by foot. There is a beach and large playground. There are also beautiful trails along the ravine that connects to our backyard.

• Beach on Lake Ontario - 5 minutes by foot
• Pearson Airport - 20 minutes by car/taxi
• Downtown Toronto - 30 minutes by car/taxi
• Niagara Falls - 60 Minutes by car

POOL/JACUZZI SPA DETAILS:
**Please note that the Pool & Jacuzzi are NOT open in the winter. As well, the jacuzzi is NOT a stand alone jacuzzi. It is connected to the pool and waterfalls into the pool (as shown in the photos). Therefore, the temperature of the Jacuzzi is the exact same as the pool which is heated to 85 °F**. Unlike many other properties, we do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate.

POOL RULES:
• Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool.
• No diving. Since the pool is shallow, diving may cause injury.
• Guests will be required to sign a pool waiver form before arrival. This will be emailed.

**The Pool is cleaned precisely every Monday or Tuesday & Friday by a pool cleaning service.**

**Please note that the jacuzzi is connected to the pool via the waterfall (as shown in the photos). Therefore, the temperature is the same as the pool which is set to 85 °F**
