My overall stay was absolutely amazing! From the inital booking,communication during my stay, and the cute decor was just like the photos! This location is definitely convenient to everything you could possibly want to do while in downtown Denver. This is the best place to stay for solo girl travel all the way to birthday getaways or Bachelorette celebrations! Ilwhen in the area, I will definitely be booking this again!

This place is cute, a Barbie fever dream. It's a great location too with easy access to just about all Denver can offer. Great communication with the host as well.

Really cute feminine decor. Everything was as described. Appreciated having parking as the street is often full. Good direction from the boat via messaging with all the construction traffic issues. Important to know that the bedroom that connects to the living area doesn't haven't any curtains on the windowed double doors so there was some lack of privacy.

Prime Locations is Right!

Kinga's Lounge had Phenomenal Polish Cuisine! Was a great surprise to have such a vibrant night life and restaurant diversity in the neighborhood including a 24 hour diner that had fantastic Colorado Green Chili.

Cheeky

The whole neighborhood is a mix of bars and restaurants all in walking distance of the space. The fun vibe from your rental carries out in the streets. Haunted mansions, escape rooms, and every genre of food all a stones throw away.

Very walkable area

Great location with access to almost everything we needed! Walked to the Basilica for Sunday and Christmas Mass. Kinga was an excellent host with quick responses and always kind words! We loved being ‘in the pink’! Loved having some Christmas decorations as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Such a Vibe!

Staying here did not disappoint! The closeness of the location to our venue was spot on. The Mansion below had fabulous food! Walking distance to many great dives, donuts, DP Dough (fabulous as well) and more. The rooms were clean and smelled great. The style was amazing and we were sad to head home! Will be staying here again. Water pressure great, air conditioning great, mattress great…Zero Complaints.

Centrally located and great atmosphere

This place is centrally located to many areas of Denver that we wanted to see while not being in an area that was busy 24/7. There are several very good restaurants within 2 miles or less. Kinga's Lounge has fantastic food (especially the pork schnitzel). The only area for improvement would be more comfortable beds. We will consider staying here again if we planned on visiting the Denver area again.

The place was beautiful and right in the middle of everything. I have to say the taco place next door was amazing and we could walk to multiple restaurants/bars. The homeless population is something you deal with in every big city so it wasn't a concern at all. We didn't mind the noise from being above a bar, we were out late anyway. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio, it was a great place to chill. Thanks so much for everything!

Wonderful place and host

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The apartment was beautifully decorated in a modern baroque style, which made the experience feel both luxurious and unique. Everything was spotless, showcasing the high standards of cleanliness maintained by the host. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Denver. Additionally, the city skyline view from the deck was breathtaking and added a serene backdrop to our evening. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent decor, impeccable cleanliness, and delightful amenities like the hot tub made for an unforgettable stay. They made check in and check out super easy plus the hosts had good communication. It was conveniently located to get around and it was in a quiet neighborhood. I expected it to be louder with all the reviews saying you could hear people at the surrounding bars but we could not. 4th of July was super loud with all the fireworks but where isn’t on the 4th? It was zero fare month on RTD busses with a stop just down the street so we got around super easily. I gave it a 4/5 for accuracy only because the deck wasn’t what I expected but it was still cool and the place was nice and very retro would stay here again!

Unique Space in Good Location.Pictures represent unit well. Cool building with unique quirks, would be great with a few minor updates.Things that were great• Owners very responsive, nice, & helpful• Kitchen well stocked (e.g., lots of pots & pans, spices, plates, silverware, Brita filter, dish washing detergent, sponges)• Lots of towels, blankets, & pillows• Bathroom well stocked, with liquid soap & nice shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.• Full size washer & dryer, with detergent, drier balls, & drier sheets• Lots of windows & natural light. Consider bringing sleep eye mask because blinds don’t block all the light• Air conditioning was great• Convenient parking, right next to buildingThings to consider• There are a lot of stairs to get up to unit & very big step to get onto deck where hot tub is• Not a lot of privacy. All rooms, including bathroom, have barn doors that have space between door & wall. In bedroom with 2 doors, the others are French doors with glass (and no curtain) that open to living room• Building is old & interesting, but does not have a lot of outlets; consider bringing power strip• For our stay (September 2025), there was major construction on main street in front of building. This meant that street & many neighboring businesses were closed, so we did not have a lot of street noise, which might change after transit stop they are building is finished.

Pictures are deceiving

Although we appreciated having a place to sleep for the night, we felt like the pictures did not reflect the quality of the property. The “deck” may in fact really be the roof. In addition, finding the place was a little challenging and getting into the apartment itself felt like we were in an escape room as there were several doors and codes. However, having this level of security is probably necessary for the neighborhood we were in. Maybe we expected too much as all the other reviews were very good.

Awful!

The property looks as it is pictured, and the deck is nice. However, the air conditioning (using that term lightly) hardly worked. On the last night it was 85 degrees (at 11p) in the house, this was after the air had been on high all day. The host was immediately contacted but was unable to fix the air before morning, so we got a hotel. Since then, the host has refused any reimbursements for the last night, they are also ignoring VRBO's attempt to contact them. The host is completely unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to stay at any of their properties. This has been a complete nightmare with no end in sight, due to the host refusing to cooperate. Also, there is a large homeless population in the immediate area of the rental.

Great home for a long weekend in Denver

This flat is darling. We were well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The private patio with hot tub elevated the experience. Central location with lots of walkable spots. The owner was responsive and helpful but let us have our own space. Highly recommended!

Great spot to chill!

We had a blast, hosts ensured we had a good stay and communicated promptly to our questions. Very clean and located in a prime area for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely be looking for this spot when re-visiting for some visits we ran out of time for.
