Welcome to Aspen 4 Seasons, situated in the well-maintained Aspens Complex directly across from the seasonal community outdoor pool and tennis courts. Close to the McCall Golf Course, Ponderosa Park, Davis Beach, and downtown McCall, this location is a short walk or bike ride to all things McCall. Shopping and dining are less than a 5-minute drive.
This two-story condo is an end-unit that features a wood burning stove, 65" smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a small patio with a BBQ to grill up your favorite entrees. There is accommodation for up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room, 4 twin beds in the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the main living room. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and access to the seasonal outdoor pool and tennis courts just steps away from your door.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
Aspen Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit.
Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16' and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16' and/or additional trailers are not allowed.
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.
No Parking:
On roadways overnight
On grass or gravel
In front of entrances/access areas to unit walkways
In front of dumpsters
In front of fire hydrants
In front of garages of another unit
In front of entrances to storage buildings
In designated handicapped spaces without a permit
DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:
Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills. For this property, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us â we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
