Three Doors Down est une maison construite sur mesure de 3 382 pieds carrés. Sa conception de sols ouverts est parfaite pour vos vacances en famille! 6 grandes chambres toutes avec lits Queen. L'une des 6 chambres a 2 lits queen. La maison peut facilement accueillir un groupe de 14 personnes. Three Doors Down est situé à 3 portes du célèbre restaurant-bar Whaley. C'était au bar un après-midi pour des cocktails, notre maison "TROIS PORTES BAS" a obtenu son nom! Vous pouvez profiter des vagues de la plage Front ou des eaux relaxantes du son! Lorsque vous en avez assez de l'eau salée, revenez à votre piscine privée! Avec notre propriété, vous avez de nombreux choix merveilleux pour vos vacances.

S'il vous plaît pas de fêtes de groupe au lycée ou au collège! La réservation sera annulée!

Nous sommes en mesure de traiter les remboursements lorsqu'ils sont informés +90 jours de la date d'enregistrement. Ce montant sera remboursé à hauteur de 90% du montant total.

Les réservations de moins de 7 nuits seront facturées des frais de nettoyage de 200 $.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Three Doors Down! We all can't wait to gather together again at this property. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach! No complaints about anything!

Perfect Fall Weekend

Our recent family visit to Edisto Island was all that we could have hoped. The home was clean, beautiful and filled all of our needs. Jody was very attentive and was there to help if we had any issues. Thanks for a great stay!!

Edisto 2023

The house is beautiful and has a great floor plan. Everyone in our party had the privacy needed. There were a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay but that can happen. All issues were addressed and resolved. For our party, the response left more of an impression than the actual issues. Kiddos enjoyed the pool. Very close to Whales and pizza. Bring home and bake pizza was very good. Easy walk to beach.

Great layout and location, however …

The layout of the house and location was great for our family of 13. Owner was helpful in making recommendations (fishing) and providing a golf cart and bikes for rent. We have rented family vacation homes for 20 plus years, most of them through VRBO and this is the first time ever, we have been told that a claim is being filed on our damage insurance. 3 new stains on already stained carpet; 3 hot spots on table which already had some (the provision of some protective placemats would prevent this), a stain on a bed sheet which you would think could be washed and bleached, and a water spot on the ceiling which we do take responsibility for (curtain was not tucked into tub during a shower). So enjoy the layout of the house and location, but do your dead-level best to not cause any accidental wear and tear to the house. Although, this house was great for our family, I think we’ll look elsewhere next summer.

RESPONDING TO REVIEW OF CONNIE MIDDLETON : The very 1st night 6-4-23 at 9:30 PM, I received your call stating that I have a leak in the upstairs shower. I asked that you refrain from using the shower and that I would be there at 8 am in the morning. I arrived to find and verified by Mr. Middleton it was caused by your Granddaughter not putting the shower curtain inside the tube. Water thus poured through the bathroom floor,through the ceiling, onto the carpet on the 1st floor, through the carpet and through the ceiling under the house . Mind you my house is built on pilings, so visualizing the water damage was very evident! When My Cleaners arrived, after your group left, called me to look at the damages to my home. I was taken back by all the stains, spots, dirt, chips, candy and trash everywhere. Yes I'm filing a claim because its absolutely deserving! I really can't believe your questioning my filing of this claim. Your group has caused more damage to my home More than Any renter I've ever had! Not to worry about booking my beautiful home again, I Will Not Allow your Rebooking!! Sorry I had to RESPOND TO YOUR REVIEW!!!! ,

Disappointing

At first glance everything seemed fine but, as we unpacked and began to actually use the house, it was a big let-down. You felt like you had to wash things before you used them. Which is what many in our party did. Black mold on shower curtains, ceiling fans too dusty to use, mildew and/or cigarette smell on some of the pillows and towels (my daughter-in-law had a new pillow and blanket shipped to the house rather than use what was provided), thick dust under furniture and on various surfaces. Then their were the roaches (AKA palmetto bugs). In the toilet, on my niece's bed 3 times! One woke my husband in the middle of the night by crawling across his back. Fortunately we found and killed it. It's so great to go on vacation and have to put up with things like these. I informed Jody of these issues and more. I did not get any response from him when I said that we should have our cleaning fee refunded at the very least. So then I called VRBO. That's when things got really 'fun'. Jody showed up unannounced, knocked, and walked right in without being invited. I heard his voice, quickly changed from the beach, and went out to talk with him. He was very mad that I had called VRBO. He wanted to spray inside the house for the roaches but we said to wait until we leave as we have grandchildren and people with chemical sensitivities in the house. He agreed but with the poorest attitude I have ever encountered in my many years of renting vacation homes. My husband said that the TV in our room didn't work. Jody's reply was that he knew it didn't work and he should get it out of there but that you didn't come to the beach to watch TV anyway. Shouldn't that be our decision? We just might want to watch TV when it's rainy, let's say. My husband was angry. He had lost a night's sleep with a roach crawling on him and then it was implied that he was stupid for wanting to watch TV when he was in his higher-end beach house rental. My husband expressed his unhappiness and Jody stormed off. When my nephew went to talk with Jody to try and leave things on a better note he was told to get away. Also, if he wants to rent you his golf cart and bikes, don't. Just, don't. You may save a little money but you will feel like the Beverly Hillbillies as you drive it to the beach. And, the beach is about as far as you'll get as it has no power to go much further.

6 years of vacation rentals, the first & Only negative review. #1. received phone calls from Ms Sansoucie +2 weeks prior to their arrival requesting How and what type of chemicals we use to clean our house, made note of this and informed our cleaning crew. #2. Cleaners missed one spot on one shower curtain of six bathrooms offered to have that taken care of. #3. Cigarette smell on a pillow and or pillow case. I do not allow smoking in my home! I offered to bring over another pillow and pillow case. #4. Dust on ceiling fan blades: the house is cleaned, and fans are cleaned often. #5. One palmetto bug: before, and during the Sansoucie stay, Edisto had received an over abundance of rain. My home is sprayed under contract often I may add. #6. Strength of our golf cart, and referencing our trailer: let me add that the family had over the maximum limit (14) of guest that week. Trying to make one trip to the beach for 16 people, 16 beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and a bicycle on top of all of that. I guess the trailer did look like the Beverly hillbillies. Power of our golf cart pulling all of that. I guess that would present a bit of a problem. Our golf cart is perfectly fine! #7. My attitude? My Biggest problem with this review!!!! I personally live two minutes around the corner, I address any and every issue my guest have! I did address all issues with utmost professionalism! I am very sorry the Sansoucie family had such a bad experience in my home! From the beginning, these guest were simply looking for some type of refund. Sincerely Joseph Jody L Kleckley

Perfect Family Reunion

We just got home from our week on Edisto and loved the house and the island. Jody was wonderful and very pro-active on making sure we had what we needed for a great vacation. The house was very clean and the pool and downstairs handout area were a favorite. Even with a large family (and extended family) there we had plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms.

Beautiful place!

Our host was very attentive and patient with all of our questions. The ping pong table was a BLAST!! The kitchen is very well stocked. Walked to Whaleys for date night. Beach was 2blocks away! Rented bikes... beautiful path. Large gathering areas! Perfect way to ring in the new year!

Great vacation house on Edisto Island

We loved our stay at Three Doors Down on beautiful Edisto Island. The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the beach and fun restaurants. Jody is a great and responsive host, and he made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. We’d love to return and spend more time at this house in the future.

Love Edisto

We loved Edisto. Still the old fashioned non-commercialized beach. Was a great stay at Three Doors Down. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Really enjoyed the private pool. Easy walk to the beach - great area for walking and biking. Whaley's restaurant --- three doors down ---offered great food and drinks. Friendly staff. Like for most rentals now - remember to pack toilet paper - paper towels - trash bags - hand soap - aluminum foil. There's a convenient grocery store on the island. The only negative as far as the rental is that the air-conditioning is set not to go below 72° - it was a little warm for us. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend this rental.

Location, Location, Location!!!

Wonderful home at beautiful Edisto. This home has everything you need to have a great time at Edisto. Decks, screened area, plenty of parking & an awesome pool. Owner was great/very responsive to include easy check in procedure. We will be booking our stay for 2021 Summer soon.

Relaxing vacation home

My family really enjoyed this property for our vacation. The distance to the beach is great and the pool was our favorite part. Our nightly front porch rocking was so relaxing and really rounded out our trip nicely. The home is spacious and allows for quiet time if needed. 3 doors down treated us well, we hated to leave. Jody’s communication was impeccable!

3 Doors Down was a great stay!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at 3 Doors Down. We had 5 couples, and plenty of room for all of us. It is a very peaceful neighborhood, and close to the beach. The private pool was a perfect escape as well. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful House with Very Nice Pool

The house was great and so was the pool. This house was much nicer than most rental houses (and we rent at Edisto every year) because the furniture and fixtures were clean and of better quality! The listing description was accurate, the owner provided great customer service and I would definitely recommend this property! Also, all of the local restaurants are great!
