Charming, Cozy and Clean Tahoe Retreat
This is the main unit of a 2-unit property (duplex), located close to the Hyatt Regency Hotel & Casino, local restaurants and shops, beaches, ski resorts and golf courses. The freshly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath property is open, clean and furnished with comfort and style in mind.
This property has two bedrooms and two fbaths, a large deck/balcony accessed from the living/dining room area, as well as a smaller deck outside of the primary bedroom. The unit offers an open floor plan to the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in garage (on first/lower floor level) available for guests to use.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is supplied with the essentials - plates, bowls, wine and drinking glasses, cups, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, etc.. There is also a 2 in 1 coffee maker (for full pot or single serve cup/pods). The kitchen countertop is perfect for eating casual meals if you don't want to have meals at the dining table. All the kitchen appliances, stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal are less than 6 months old!
PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH BATH 1 - The primary bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and a dedicated work office/area that is equipped with a sit/stand desk looking out to window facing the beautiful pine trees. The glass sliding doors in the bedroom lead to your own private deck in a fenced backyard. There is also a large tv and plenty of closet space for your convenience. The primary bedroom's bath has a shower and is fully stocked with bath towels and the basic toiletries.
SECOND BEDROOM - The second bedroom has two full size beds --comfortable for children or adults! There is also a large closet and a dresser for your clothes and shoes to be stored!
BATH 2: The second bath has a shower and tub, large vanity with plenty of drawers.
There is also a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture on the balcony during the non-winter months.
The entire unit is available for our guestsâ use and enjoyment.
**Please note that this unit is one of two units of a duplex house. This unit is the MAIN unit, located on the second floor of the building. The second, separate unit is directly above the MAIN unit and is located on the third floor. The second unit may also be occupied by other tenants when we (and our family) are not occupying it for our personal use**
The gated backyard and parking area/driveway is common area that will be shared by guests of the main unit and the upper unit guests/tenants.
