The Space:

Crystal Bay and Moon Dunes Beach are both less than 1.5 miles away. During the winter, skiers and snowboarders will love being only 7.5 miles away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 8.5 miles away from Northstar Ski Resort. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all just minutes away into town. This Kings Beach vacation home features a cozy interior, lakefront view, and HOA access to the lakefront swimming pool and tennis courts. Please note these amenities are controlled and maintained by the HOA, not Grand Welcome.



Entering inside the home, an open floor plan welcomes you inside. The elegant living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). WIFI is also provided for your convenience.



Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. Smaller kitchen appliances provided include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and wineware. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6 to eat a home cooked meal with your loved ones. Alternatively dine alfresco on the lakefront balcony. The balcony is clad with a gas BBQ - perfect for grilling up a juicy steak, and a patio table set for 4. Sip on a glass of your favorite vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the lake.

Note: Kayaks and paddleboards on-site are not accessible for guest use. However, there is a boat rental shop just down the road for rental needs!



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
