Lakefront in jackson

Great stay,,overlooking high falls lake,quiet peaceful and lots of rooms for all the guests. We enjoyed our stay had good time on the back deck overlooking the lake.

Cozy and roomu

We will be planning to use this rental again for our family trips. Wonderful location, lots of room, great communication and comfortable stay Beds are a bit hard but that's my only complaint

Wedding weekend

Perfect house for our family. We attended wedding in Macon and needed a place to stay located between Macon and Atlanta airport. House is easy to find and very close to interstate. Also, Dollar General and Family Dollar very close to house.

There were rotten oranges in the cabinet, the heat didn’t work, the host solution was for me to drive to Walmart and buy space heaters. After I refused, he had 1 space heater sent to the house via his cleaner. Everyone had to sleep in the same room to stay warm. Lows during our stay were in the teens at night.

Father's Day and Husband's birthday fishing get-a-way

We had the best time. The house was clean, comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, good sleep, and we especially loved the back porch which was amazing. I would certainly love to come here again to relax. My family enjoyed the fishing early morning, noon, and early evening. lol. Just to see them relaxing with my 87 year old mother, was just a joy.

We arrived and found 8 bags of garbage in kitchen all beds were u made and slept in. All trash cans were full and used towels and crumbs were left all around the house. The dock was breaking which was not shown on pictures. Horrible place. We refused to stay there and found a much nicer place to stay.

Pros: The house was spacious with Rooms/Beds enough for our group of 7 adults and a baby; property was easy to find and is close to convenience stores & gas stations; beautiful lake view; affordable Cons: The house is worn and in need of updates; it was dirty/grungy; not well stocked for large group (only the 2 rolls of toilet paper that were on the rolls, no trash bags, not enough cooking supplies, empty hand soap dispensers, etc.); we had to drive to another property to get paddles for the kayaks; dock is falling down; missing step on stairs from deck.

Beautiful home. Gorgeous view of the lake. Excellent location, very close to High Falls State Park. There were some communication and maintenance issues though. We didn’t get an email with check in instructions which is typical for house rentals, so we had to call Expedia and vrbo to get ahold of the rental agency. The house itself had a lot of minor issues. The dock in the pictures has a lot of rotting wood and isn’t safe to go out onto. It’s a beautiful house. I hope they’ll correct the maintenance issues, so it will continue to be a wonderful place to stay.

Our kids wanted to come to Jackson to see where “Stranger Things” was filmed. This house was the perfect location. Jackson has different stores. Close to the house is small general markets. It’s also right beside High Falls State Park which is beautiful.
