This level boasts a generous living area with a smart TV, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for gathering and entertaining.
First Floor - Lower Level:
The lower level features two queen bedrooms and a versatile room with two twin beds, a seating sofa, and a smart TV. A newly renovated bathroom (2024) completes the space, offering comfort and flexibility for your stay.

**Parking Garage Information:**
The parking garage can accommodate 2 small cars or 1 standard-sized car. It is located on a lower street between 8th Ave W and 9th Ave W. To reach the parking garage, travel on Olympic Way W and turn onto a small street after passing 8th Ave W, just before reaching 9th Ave W. The garage will be on your right. You will need to walk a fewer stairs up and the house will be on your left. The GPS normally directs you to 8th Ave W, you can park along that street. From there, you will need to walk downstairs to reach the house, which will be on your right.
