Notre adorable, maison de 3 chambres est dans un emplacement privilégié pour vos vacances. Juste à quelques pas de Good Harbor Beach. Attrapez le lever du soleil incroyable sur la plage, ou les magnifiques couchers de soleil à proximité Niles Beach. Vous apprécierez l'atmosphère de retraite semblable, du mobilier simple et de bon goût, d'inspiration zen, les anciens, les grands arbres sur la propriété, avec grillades en plein air et salle à manger dans le patio. Son 2 minutes à pied au supermarché, un café, un magasin d'alcools, magasin de crème glacée et plus encore. 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Gloucester, Stade Fort Park et des concerts de HarborWalk. Le train à Boston est à 5 minutes en voiture, avec un grand parking. Cape Ann, et surtout Gloucester a des restaurants incroyables, vie nocturne, la musique live et des événements spéciaux tout l'été! Venez pratiquer le yoga sur Good Harbor Beach, vous détendre avec votre famille ou sortir et profiter de tout ce que Cape Ann a à offrir! La maison dispose d'un grand parking pour 3 voitures, cable / wifi, et des lits confortables avec de nouveaux matelas. On est en mousse Tempur, et les autres sont des matelas tradionnels ... Idéal pour un couple, une famille entière ou 2-3 couples !!! L'espace est dans un quartier calme, mais à proximité de toutes les attractions animées de la ville de plage de pêche du shopping en pleine station de Gloucester.

Great location - nice stay

Excellent location and clean vacation home. 10 minute walk to wonderful Good Harbor Beach. Easy communication with owner. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean. It was an easy walk to the beach. Grocery stores were very close by. Therefore the location is excellent. The owner was readily accessible/available. Our family had a wonderful beach vacation at this lovely home.

Incredible location and great patio!

The beds were good and shower was good Communication with the owner was great. I have a few suggestions. The lighting in the kitchen and living room was poor. I would add more of that. I would also have a bigger table in the kitchen as there was no counter space and we cooked a lot. We brought a folding table and cutting board with us.

A perfect place in a strategic location

I’m a Gloucester “native” born and raised there now living in California. Made the journey East with my daughter, grandson and his wife to bring my husband who was also a “native” back home, his final request, celebrating his memory with family living here and in the area! Looked for a home close to Good Harbor Beach, and 21 Marina Drive, a 5 minute drive, was available. Our host, Julee, quickly responded, and because this visit would include such an important event, was very accommodating about kindly and generously providing her home during our chosen dates. The home is strategically located on a quiet street, walking distances to car rental, grocery shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Also affords opportunities for spectacular walks along the ocean for miles. It has more than ample room for 4 or more to enjoy a cozy and comfortable place to return to after a day of exploration and adventuring. It was a great base for venturing out to connect with out of town family and other attractions. Bearskin Neck, just a few miles down the road in Rockport. Is one of the all time favorites. Nice, as well, to have a well-equipped kitchen and lovely patio with a barbecue for relaxing at home and just hunkering down to take a break from “touristing” once in a while. Our host was very conscientious about checking in to make sure that everything was going smoothly and help with any questions or concerns. We loved being here!

Week long get away for Halloween

Relaxing family vacation.

We were happy to find a place close to Good Harbor Beach. Sitting by the water at the end of the day was perfect. We loved being in Gloucester and felt like the house was perfect for our needs. Charming and easy.

Convenient cottage near Good Harbor Beach in E. Gloucester

We rented Om Sweet Om for four nights. It's a super clean cottage with three bedrooms and a basic kitchen in a really good location a long stone's throw from Good Harbor Beach, and close to Gloucester center, Rockport and Annisquam. We had four adults and two kids and there was plenty of room inside and out for everyone.

Great location; close to everything!

Cozy, newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. We could walk to the coffee shop in the mornings and, within a 15-minute drive, be anywhere else. There's a nice deck for sitting outside and the living area lets in beautiful light. We had our little Boston Terrier with us so fellow dog owners should know that Gloucester is not a particularly dog-friendly town. Very few restaurants would let us bring him with us (I'm talking about outside dining, of course) and the beaches that allowed leashed dogs were few and far between. Good Harbor Beach -- the one closest to this property -- is very pretty but definitely NOT dog friendly at all. We had great luck, however, at Wingaersheek Beach, where dogs are allowed after Sept 15. Ipswitch Ale Brewery was also very dog friendly and had good food. Overall, it was a lovely getaway and the property was a great home base, given its centralized location; so easy to get to wherever we felt like roaming on any given day!

Thank you Sarah, for your honest feedback. Yes, Gloucester has just come through a long battle between the dog owners and the non-dog owners with respect to beach access! Good Harbor is dog friendly after Oct 1...so, summer beach walks are unfortunately discouraged. Being a dog owner myself, I wish there were early morning dog hours all summer!! Thanks for your very kind comments about the house and locale too! Come back after Oct 1 sometime!!! All of my best to you!

We had a lovely stay. It is a nicely decorated cozy house. The three bedrooms had nice beds and ours had a super comfy mattress. Nice living space so we could spend time with friends from the area without feeling cramped. The yard is lovely with outside table and chairs and grill. All in all it was perfect for us! East Gloucester is sought after and beautiful. With Good Harbor Beach within walking distance, its a very safe, quiet and yet convenient area. Walk to Shaws Supermarket, Stop n Shop, Nino's Scoops Ice Cream, Charlie's Diner, Cape Ann Coffee/Sandwich Shoppe, and so much more, within walking distance!

Getting Around
By car, the house is 5 minutes from downtown Gloucester, for dining and entertainment. Its a 7 minute drive to Stage Fort Park, with its bandstand concerts, Thursday Cape Ann farmer's market, salsa dancing and more! The Cape Ann Transit Authority runs buses on nearby Eastern Ave. We are very near (2 minutes by car) to highway 128, to Boston, Salem, or other spots on Cape Ann. Or, park your car at the Gloucester Train Station, and ride the train to Boston in just under an hour!
