Accommodating Hosts

We recently stayed at this property. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because our kids were not feeling well. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family of four. The host was super accommodating and flexible. We will definitely go back for a redo when our kids are feeling healthy.

We went up here for a holiday girls weekend and we absolutely loved our Cozy Stone cabin. We will definitely be booking another stay here. The bedding in the rooms were clean, the couch was comfy enough to sleep on, there was a TV in each room, the water ran nice and hot, which is especially important when you’ve been outside in the cold. Our host Steven was really nice and quickly answered any questions I had. Chking in was also super easy.

Incorrect Bedding Listed

Our first problem with the unit was that the listing was inaccurate. It listed the unit as having 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 double beds and one with 2 twin beds. When we got there there was only I double in one room and one trundle bed in the other. Since we 3 ladies are between the ages of 75 and 86, there is no way any one of us could utilize the trundle at floor level. We notified the owner, Steven, immediately and told him we were given the wrong unit. But this was his only unit. He looked the listing up and said it was a typo. I asked him if he could get a rollaway in before night, but he was away at Disneyland. So he suggested that one of us sleep on the couch that night, which we did. The next day he did get a folding cot in the unit, but it was so hard hat we could not use it. One lady had to sleep on the couch for all three nights. Our only other thing we need to note is that the unit was not clean, however the towels were nice and the unit had all the necessities needed. Very disappointed. Stephen was always available and willing to help, but that did not solve the problem.

Great cozy cabin in a quite neighborhood.

My little family enjoyed our time in this beautiful cozy welcoming cabin. Located mins from the Lake Arrowhead Village. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. My daughter and I loved our coffee/hot chocolate night talks on the back deck. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, even a Keurig- gotta love that! Bedrooms were perfect for our small family and beds were comfortable. Check in/out was smooth. Host was very communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this beautiful cabin.

Best neighborhood, Even better cabin

This cabin was so clean and inviting, my number one favorite cabin of all time, it’s not far from big bear and all the popular stuff, and the neighborhood is beautiful, the balcony is amazing and the rooms were so cozy. I will definitely be coming back soon, and I will definitely tell my extended family about this beautiful cabin!

Wonderful Holiday Mountain Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend getaway at this restful retreat in the mountains. The cabin is clean, cozy, and comfortable and centrally located near everything we wanted to do. Parking, T-Mobile cell reception, and Wi-Fi were great. The main bedroom included one full-size bed. We did not use the second bedroom’s trundle bed. The place is great for couples and small families. The host was responsive and accommodating. We especially appreciated the nicely equipped kitchen with its newer microwave and stove /oven.
