The Greenbrier River and famous Greenbrier River Trail are waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this property boasts 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washer and dryer, guests can relax and unwind in this excellent retreat. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom and a shower only in the master, along with a hairdryer for added convenience. The home provides 1,500 square feet of living space. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for a nice home cooked meal. The island bar will seat 7 and the dining table will seat 6. The living, dining and kitchen are an open floor plan. The living area is equipped with a 70" TV, DVD player, DVDs, books and board games. All bedrooms have smart TVs. You will have access to the full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air from the fully screened wrap around porch of this newly built custom river home. The screened porch has plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table and propane grill. Take advantage of the spacious yard and enjoy the outdoors with a wood burning fire pit. There are a set of corn hole boards and three bicycles for use. Across the river from The National Forest and located only 4 miles off of US Route 219, just across the road from the famous Greenbrier River Trail. The public river access is just a short walk away. Enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming and fishing from the beautiful river and trail. Starlink internet is now available! There is a cell booster inside the house.

Our group loved our stay. The home was beautiful, and the location was great for our stay. The host was also very friendly and communicative. Would happily stay here again when visiting the area!

Five of us, all adults, stayed for a week in September. The house was spotless and just as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and the wrap around porch is wonderful! We spent a lot of time out there.We all love to hike, bike, and fish. This location provided all of the above. The Greenbrier River Trail and the Greenbrier River are literally right across the street. There are also hiking trails in the Big Draft Wilderness area which is on the other side of the river. Another plus about staying here is its closeness to Lewisburg -- about 25 minutes away.I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we're already talking about a return trip in September 2027!

Great Getaway

Wonderful house and property for a quiet getaway with a few friends and family members. The house was just as pictured and extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit as well as the amazing views from the large wraparound deck/lanai. Highly recommend!

Daughter's graduation from WVSOM

Property was great and accommodated the family to enjoy our daughter's graduation from WVSOM. The WIFI was a little sketchy with storms rolling through the area but overall the cleanliness of the bedrooms and fully functioning kitchen exceeded my families expectations. I would recommend this place to anybody staying in the Lewisburg, WV area.

Quiet & Serene

Beautiful location, steps from the Greenbriar River and Rail Trail! Super quiet with lots of deer. If you’re looking to unplug, this is it. It’s a blessing to not have great service. Make sure to take a trip to Lewisburg. We also had dinner in White Sulphur springs after stopping @ The Greenbrier.

Perfect weekend stay

The house was so nice and new, comfortable bed and anything we could need in the kitchen along with coffee and teas. The only thing I would mention is that we had a driven a work van that only has front wheel drive and we had a little trouble making it up the driveway. I would suggest driving an all or four wheel drive vehicle. We were able to make it up after backing down and going up very quickly.

Hi Jennifer, we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! I’m sorry you had trouble with the driveway. We try to keep it maintained, however it is gravel. I think it was just the type of vehicle you were in because we have had cars make it up without any problems. We do hope to have you and your group back again!

50th Anniversary

My parents loved the house! Such a beautiful and clean place. The only thing she world change would be to have a step stool to get on the bed. She's short and she told me the beds were high. Would definitely recommend this rental to all my friends and family!! Also the kitchen was pretty much fully stocked for cooking and my dad enjoyed the fire pit! They had a wonderful time with the scenery and the deer around the mountains. Thank you for making their anniversary so special! Robbie Boswell

Love this house! So clean and nice that it was so close to the river. Four adults stayed here where we loved being more remote before going into Lewisburg or The Greenbrier. Jessica also gave us lots of ideas of things to do. We’d highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the river.
