Big Sky Summit - Hot Tub, Fireplace & Ski Access
Wander Big Sky Summit is a luxurious ski chalet with unique amenities including ski access via nearby trails, a private hot tub for post-slope relaxation, and multiple fireplaces. The property features two stunning living spaces, including a lower-level entertainment area with a wet bar and ping pong table. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the covered deck with its own fireplace and grilling station. Inside, a gourmet kitchen and spacious dining area cater to group meals.
TRESPASSING
The white sticks mark the property boundary and should be followed at all times. Please do not cross onto neighboring property except when directly accessing the ski easement below the house. If you miss the trail leading back to the house at the D marker, please take the Cascade chair back to the top of the neighborhood rather than crossing through neighboring properties. In addition, neighboring decks, furniture, and backyard areas are private property and may not be used under any circumstances, as entering them constitutes trespassing and is strictly prohibited.
EXTERIOR LIGHTS
Big Sky follows dark-sky guidelines to reduce light pollution. Please turn off all exterior lights at night when they are not needed.
WILDLIFE WARNING
Bear and moose season runs from July to mid-November, so you might encounter these wildlife roaming around near the property. Please exercise caution and follow our guidelines for food and trash disposal. Bringing bear spray is recommended when going out.
As an additional precaution, please ensure all exterior doors remain closed at all times to help prevent wildlife and critters from entering the home.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you are planning a stay with us during winter, we strongly recommend arriving in a four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.
Please note that the driveway can be a bit more difficult to navigate during the winter months.
NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guestsâ comfort.
WATER PRESSURE
Due to the property's location, the water pressure may drop at times. This is normal except when it completely stops flowing. In this case, please notify us.
