*Stairs are required for entry at both the front and back. One bedroom is on the 1st floor with a full bath nearby, while two more are on the 2nd floor, accessed by steep stairs due to 11-foot ceilings.

✓ Check-in time is at 4PM-10PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
✓ Parties or events are not permitted on the property, and noise levels must be kept down after 10PM until 8AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay.
✓ To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy.
✓ To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.

PLEASE NOTE: we are located on a main street in a busy urban city. Because of our prime location, you WILL hear street noise from pedestrians and vehicles. Also, being across from the tennis courts, you will also hear noise from the matches taking place as well as practice sessions. But, they are fun to watch!!

Savannah’s sub-tropical climate means hot, humid summers and occasional bugs. While The Abilene is regularly treated by pest control, we can’t eliminate all these elements.

Please consider these factors, as we do not offer refunds based on these conditions.
