Everything was just as advertised! Clean and convenient and well stocked. It was a great location for us to go to the Egg Bowl!

Check in was easy and the house was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated but didn’t bother us at all. The bedrooms and den/dining area were very current and updated. Liked the carport parking as well.Great location close to what we needed and would rent again for our stays in Starkville

I gave our stay a 3 only because when we arrived there was no heat and the garbage disposal did not work. By the end of our stay everthing was fixed. Those things not working was no fault of anyone things break. If those things were working it would have been a 5. The location was perfect for why we were there and we love Starkville. Location was close to downtown and local restaurants and bars. The host responded immediately to every message that was sent. It was the perfect little house for a vacation.

Great location close to MSU

The property was comfortable and plenty of space. It is very convenient to MSU’s campus. Would stay again. My only complaint is there was only one partial roll of toilet paper and no dishwashing pods.

Cute House & Lovely Backyard

We stayed to attend our daughter's graduation from MSU. Location is close to everything including the campus. The house was perfect for us with two large bedrooms. Very cute and homey. They have everything you need. The backyard is large and fenced in with plenty of seating and string lights for ambiance in the evenings. I would caution that if any travelers are sensitive to fragrance, which we are, there were 4 Glade Plugins in the home and the fragrance was rather overpowering. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

Didn’t meet expectations

Unfortunately it was very disappointing, especially for the price point. This is likely the worst, most costly, VRBO experience I have ever had. I booked this home because we intended to host a tailgate in the back yard for my boyfriend’s son and his friends after the MS State game. The outdoor lighting has fallen down, there was broken glass on the porch. Trash from the previous renter was piled high, and outside of the cans (see photo). It smelled terrible. My boyfriend attempted to clean the trash up; however, critters got into it overnight. The odor permeated into the back yard and also into bedroom adjacent to the carport. The entire exterior of the house was completely unkept. We could not host at the house as planned. While inside was as advertised, there was no toilet paper or paper towels. The bathroom sink also slow drains; we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink.
