I was a bit worried about some of the negative reviews on here, but our stay was nothing but Great! Max was very communicative and quick to respond my questions. Home had plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate my whole family. Anytime we play tournaments in Waxahachie this will be our spot to stay. He called to check on us and made sure we were able to check in without any issues.

My stay was canceled without notice until I reached out because I couldn’t see photos of the property any more. Basically once I reached out they said the listing is closed due to theft and contact Vrbo. Vrbo told me they needed written verification from the owner about the cancelation (which they still have not gotten). Luckily I was able to talk to somebody else and ensure my payment wouldn’t be processed. Very poor poor communication and had I not checked and asked I would have arrived with no place for me and my children to stay

Beautiful home

Lovely home with many amenities in a very nice neighborhood. Relatively close to every where we needed to go.

Disappointed

The house it self was beautiful! Check in was a disaster. We drove 6 hours and arrived at about 5:30 pm. We could check in at 4. When we arrived there was a car and both outside windows were open. I tried calling and messaging but there was no answer. My husband knocked on the door and the host answered and said he thought it was the next day and he did not get a notification. He told my husband he would need an hour or two to get the house ready. He called me back and apologize and said he would need 2 hours, but we could come inside while he got it ready. We told him no and to call us when he was ready. We waited. He texted saying he was almost finish about 7:45 . My husband went over There and he was still there insisting that we all could come in and wait. He took a long time to leave the property and told us the garage was inaccessible and tried to leave it unlocked as if he would be going back in. My husband had him lock it and remained on the property when he finally left. We got in close to 10pm. We felt uneasy about the whole experience. When it was time to check out he was there like 5 minutes before check out time. We were looking forward to our stay and wish check in would have been better. we would

Could be amazing

Deceitful lisiting! This home does not have a gym, only 3 bedrooms and one bed per room. Bathroon shower curtains were dirty, washcloths were dirty, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to purchase my own wash cloths and towels.

My group and I loved the aesthetic of the house. Max was always available when we had questions and even came over to assist with something’s we couldn’t figure out on our own. All the rooms we were in were clean. We would book again.

Family Event

The host was awesome & super easy to reach, gave us a late check out with no problem, as we are from out of town gave us ample time say our goodbyes, eat some lunch and get ready for our trek. The house is super clean and spacious. Had all the necessary tools to cook & enjoy our families that stopped by to say hello. Will definitely use this property again!!! Thank you! SOOO much

Quiet area, spacious & private

I was a little hesitant reserving this home at first as it didn't have any reviews but we gave it a shot. I am glad we did because we would have missed out on how beautiful and open this house is. I was in the area for a wedding and needed it close to the rental. We had four adults and one child of 6 years old stay 3 nights and we all had plenty of space to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and away from busy roads. It's only a 30 minute drive to Dallas downtown area and other local places to visit. The owner/property manager was responsive within minutes and accommodated us accordingly. If we're ever in the area again, we hope this home is available. The house is beautiful, warm, and very spacious. Glad we stayed.
