The space:
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a large flat screen.
The master bath has been completely renovated with a large tub/ shower to relax and stretch out.

The living room offers a big screen television and a large couch to snuggle up and watch a movie or huddle around the couch for a sporting event of your choosing. When the evening wraps up, you have the ability to fold the couch out into a queen size bed.

The upstairs offers a game room as well as 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and large flat screen TV. The 2nd spare bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The 3rd room is an exercise/ meditation room for a quite atmosphere.

You have access to high speed internet with WIFI throughout the house. All of the televisions offer Roku and Netflix for your viewing pleasure.

In the backyard, you have a nice deck with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy nature. There is also a grill for backyard cooking.

The backyard also offers a sliding gate so you can securely park you vehicles in back. There is a 2 car garage with an additional covered car port that allows for 2 additional cars to park.

At the end of the street, you have access to a playground for the kids to play. There is also a walking and bike trail that offers 6.1 miles to enjoy a stroll with nature.

We booked this house for our family of 6 and it was perfectly located near all restaurants and fun things to do with the kids. It didn't feel small, plenty of space to not annoy one another. The air conditioning worked really well, I was cold at night ha. The property was clean when we arrived. Will stay again if we're in town again.

Really nice area and super clean place! The A/C worked great, which made it so comfortable after being out in the heat. We stayed for a game at AT&T Stadium, and it was an easy 16-minute drive without taking the highway.

Hi! I am Greg. I was born and raised in the great State of Texas. I grew up in the Dallas area, went to a college in South Texas. After traveling the country for a few years, I returned to my home state. Bringing with me my beautiful wife.
I have always enjoyed the hospitality industry as I enjoy working with people. I found myself in a unique opportunity to work alongside my friend Byju in a short-term rental. A colleague of ours was planning to move and asked if we would like to see his house. Byju and I went to look at it and instantly fell in love with its charm and personality. Byju and his wonderful wife and 2 children have partnered with my family to provide a great home in a great location! Having grown up in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex, I am so excited with the location of this beautiful house as it is so close to all of the exciting destinations in Arlington, as well as near the center of the metroplex, making Dallas and Fort Worth near and convenient. We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to host for you. In our travels, we have realized the place you stay in while visiting a destination can make or break an experience. Our goal is to make your experience a great one. Please let us know if there is anything, we can do to make your time here better.
