Nous sommes près de la maison dans le corps, mais loin dans l'esprit. Combien de fois pouvez-vous planifier un week-end de la fête avec vos amis, ou une petite vacances avec votre famille sur une île entourée par l'eau? Il n'y a pas d'autres locations sur Put-in-Bay avec une telle vue impressionnante et expansive de l'eau comme vous détendre sur votre terrasse arrière lakeview. Cette belle unité réside sur certains des plus Premier lac Érié immobilier. Il s'agit de la plus récente unité construite sur Put-In-Bay, ouverte en juillet 2016.

Cette unité de niveau supérieur dispose de quatre chambres, trois salles de bains, deux grandes terrasses au bord du lac, une plate-forme poolview confortable, et dispose d'une capacité de douze personnes. Les clients ont accès à l'appartement par une serrure de porte codée. Ceci est très commode car les touches sont éliminés de l'équation. La cuisine entièrement équipée est capable de satisfaire le cuisinier de votre groupe. Room was nice. Upstairs bathroom is shared. Could use doors to enter from bedrooms so was more private. Nice view of lake, but beach needs cleaned up better.

Only drawback is paper thin walls so plan on getting woke up by loud neighbors on occasion. I like that you can rent golf carts for entire stay rather than daily.

loved the lakefront balconies!

Everything was overall very nice! It just had some small cosmetic repairs needed. Also, the unit could’ve used a little better cleaning but maybe I just noticed because I had small children crawling around. The balconies could definitely use a good cleaning though so they could be utilized more. We would definitely stay again!

The property was great. The property manager was very responsive to our requests. The only thing that was a problem, was that there were no dressers and only one nightstand in 2 of the bedrooms. No mirrors either in the bedrooms. For women these items are pretty essential. Otherwise, great trip!

Plenty of space for all of us. Staff were so helpful, even helped us carry a large cooler up the stairs. The balconies looking over the lake were the perfect place for morning coffee! We did have an issue with the garbage disposal not working and backing up into the sink but after calling, the maintenance man was up in 20 minutes and had it fixed for us in no time. Would highly recommend staying in condo 202!

This is my 2nd or 3rd time renting a condo at Put in Bay Condos, and I have not had one bad experience at any time! Love the condos I have stayed in thus far! Very clean and love the decor and rooms. Sitting out on the balcony and overlooking the water makes you feel like you're not even in Ohio. It makes me feel like I'm in Florida! Oh! And we loved swimming in the pool! We will definitely be back!

We weren't aware that the island closes everything up for the season, seemed like a ghost town. Still had a nice, quiet time. Loved the view from both balconies and hearing the the water hit the shore. Plenty of space for two couples. Would be a great place for a girls trip too. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.I only cooked one meal but had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen. Overall place was nice and clean. Only recommendations would be to add a TV in every bedroom, only the master had one.

Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of eight stayed for 4 days/3 nights in a 4 bedroom condo. The unit was clean and kitchen is well equipped. It was wonderful having 3 full bathrooms. The deck patio has a nice 8 person table but there were so many spiders, we didn’t spend much time out there. Also, this property is “waterfront” as opposed to “beach” front. There are sewage treatment release pipes that empty out to the lake right in front of the condo. I’m sure the water is clean but aesthetically, it was unpleasant. Staff was wonderful and very attentive to requests. Nice location and downtown was a short golf cart drive away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back

Cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at our condo, the first thing we noticed was the cobwebs with dead bugs in the corners, dead spiders on the ceilings, and the amount of cobwebs and spiders on the patio. After we had been there a while we noticed our grandkids feet were black from the dirty floors. We called and they did send the cleaning people out and they took care of the cobwebs and spiders and “mopped” the floors. That helped but the kids feet were still filthy, those floors obviously hadn’t been mopped in weeks, I also think they’re just using water! Now to the kitchen, it was barely stocked, no cookie sheets, no strainer, we had to use foil to cook anything in the oven! Also, there wasn’t any dressers Or anywhere to put your suitcase, only an nightstand! Overall, the staff was friendly but we’re VERY disappointed with our stay.

I really wasn't sure if when booking the space that I could trust the pictures, since it looked so nice, but they are 100% accurate and the place was actually nicer in person! Beds are new and super comfy - actually everything is brand new. Tony was awesome in taxiing our bunch of girls around for the weekend and was super easy to get a hold of. Overall, we had a great weekend at the Put-in-Bay Condos!

Spacious, beautiful views, close to the Miller ferry, and a shirt ride to downtown put in bay. The condo was clean, and well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and ice. Family birthday celebration

This condo was perfect for our family. It was a great location for walking the island and to walk downtown. My only concern was that we couldn’t use the patio at night for all the flying insects. Water pressure was very low and it needs to be increased. Other than that is was great. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay.

Nice getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great to bring a large group of friends. Very clean and easy check in process. Located a 5 min golf cart ride from all the action and about 3 min to Miller’s Ferry.
