- Air conditioning is from a "split" downstairs above the electric fireplace, but no central a/c.
- Ceiling fans are located in the living room, and each bedroom has a small, portable fan.
- Windows are screened in, so you can allow the cool mountain breezes in.

**Safety and security
- Two (2) outdoor cameras are mounted, 1 at the front and 1 at the back of the cabin, with exterior views only - for your safety. Our insurance company requires these and they do not include interior views of the cabin - ever. Your privacy and security matter to us.
- There is a noise monitor device inside that can assess elevated sound levels, but doesn't record audio.
