The Cholla is a custom built, modern villa that brings resort-like features and luxurious entertainment to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Spanning over 4,600 square feet and located on 1/4 acre lot, this stunning property features a seamless blend of modern, classy architecture and design, cutting-edge technology, and endless amenities. The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a multitude of entertainment spaces. Nestled in the corner of the property, you will find an additional entertainment getaway with the newly constructed Casita. Inside the Casita is an extra bedroom, living room, billiards table, and vintage arcade games. Every detail of this property is designed to impress. The goal of the Cholla is to offer an unparalleled stay unlike anything else on the market.

During your stay, you ll get to enjoy the following:
- Custom 5-screen Theater Room -- This room includes a 100+ inch HD main projector surrounded by four 50inch Samsung TVs, all controlled by an iPad. All screens are powered by Apple TV, which allows guests to login to all of their streaming services. All TVs in the theater, as well as the rest of the property, are logged into a YouTube TV account with live TV and on-demand shows and movies. For the football lovers, also included in the YouTube TV account is NFL Redzone and NFL Sunday ticket, so you won t miss a game across the multiple screens.
- Full-property, Sonos Surround Sound System -- All bedrooms and living spaces have built in speakers, giving you access to play your favorite tunes across the house. These also provide surround sound in the theater.
- Heated, Pool Spa -- Enjoy a plunge in the custom designed pool and spa. While the spa comes heated, the pool can be heated for an additional nightly rate. Take full control of the waterfall feature, lights, and jets, all from the convenience of the property iPad.
- Optional, Full Length Batting Cage -- Being previously owned by an MLB player, there is a full-length batting cage that is covered, lit, and fully turfed. This area comes with the netting removed and currently hosts outdoor yard games like corn hole and a putting strip. If you would like to use the batting cage as intended, the full netting can be reinstalled upon request. It also has has automatic screens that raise and lower at the back of the cage to help with visibility.
- Fully Loaded TVs with YouTube TV -- As mentioned previously, all rooms on the property include brand new Smart TVs equipped with a YouTube TV account + NFL Sunday Ticket + NFL RedZone.
- Classic, Arcade Games -- With the reservation of the main + casita, you will gain access to a couple of the best arcade games out there.... Big Buck: Safari and Golden Tee 3D Golf.

Main House:
- Bedroom 1 (Master): 1x king bed, ensuite full bath, walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2: 2 x full beds
- Bedroom 3: 1 x king bed, bathroom located just outside of bedroom
- Bedroom 4: 1 x queen bed, ensuite full bath, bathroom located just outside of bedroom
- Theater: 100+ inch projector surrounded by 50 Samsung TVs, surround sound, and u-shaped, leather sectional with seating for many.
- Wet bar: Built-in wine fridge and ice maker below the bar top, with sliding windows that open up the bar to the outside bar top.
- Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for 10.
- Main Living Room: Casual living room right off the kitchen with two couches, two chairs, and a smart TV.
- 2nd Living Room: Second living room with large sectional with queen pullout mattress, treadmill, and smart TV, located just down the art-filled hallway from the master. *No door on this room*
- Kitchen: Fully-stocked kitchen with everything need to prepare and serve a dinner of up to 14 people. Keurig coffee maker and classic, drip coffee maker with starter set of k-cups and sweeteners. Counter top island with four barstools.
- Laundry Room: High-end, front load washer and dryer with starter kit of laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets provided.

Outdoor:
- 2 x sectional couches
- Dining table with seating for 6
- 2 x 50 smart TVs with YouTube TV

- Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Living Room: Two reclining, bachelor style couches with two smart TV s, Sonos soundbar, full-size billiards table, and two vintage arcade games, Big Buck Safari Golden Tee Golf.
- Kitchen: Kitchen is fully stocked with silverware and glassware, ice maker, full fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. No oven or stove in the casita. Four barstools at counter height island.
