Welcome to Quail Run, your serene and spacious home away from home nestled within the exclusive Brasada Ranch. This beautiful house is the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway, offering a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and adventure.

Step inside and feel the bright, welcoming atmosphere created by large windows and stylish decor. The main living area invites you to unwind by the cozy indoor gas fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a wide range of cooking and drinkware, including children's dinnerware for our younger guests.

After a day of exploring, you'll find restful comfort in our four inviting bedrooms. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out and relax.

• Bonus Room & Loft: A flexible bonus room and an additional loft space provide extra room for comfort and unwinding.

You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch!

RESORT AMENITIES:
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, athletic club pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees). Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.

Guests are not provided access to the Club’s Cascade Pool

Fire pits:
Brasada Ranch has temporarily banned the use of all outdoor fire pits until further notice.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:
There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests.
*Children aged 5 and under are not included in the guest count and are exempt from the resort fee.
*Brasada members are also exempt from the resort fee.

Resort fee will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.
Once the total resort fee is calculated, we’ll send a separate request for the resort fee payment.

SEASONAL RATES:
• Jan 01 - May 12 = $36 / person / night
• May 13 - Sep 30 = $68 / person / night
• Oct 01 - Dec 31 = $40 / person / night

𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞:
4 guests x 2 nights x $36 seasonal rate = $288 resort fee

𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬:
If you're booking July 4-6, please note that guests will not have access to the athletic club and pools, and no resort fees will be charged for these dates.


𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄
• When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.
• The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)
• Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.
• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.
• Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property.
• While we strive to maintain a pet-free environment for this home, we cannot guarantee that pets have not been in the home, as we do adhere to rules regarding service animals.
• For your safety and comfort, fire pits are currently prohibited on the property, as per Brasada's guidelines.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Resort fees are collected separately. The total shown is only for accommodation.

Cancellation Policy Note: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
