Beautiful Apartment

This location is really nice. You can see downtown from the balcony. The apartment is beautiful inside and out. Communication with the property manager was great. It is also gated parking and a code or key fob is needed to get into the building. We loved it.

Host failed to provide check-in information. Host would not respond to text from both myself and VRBO customer service. I was not able to access property. I had to book a hotel after driving for 3 1/2 hours.

check in was at 4 never received access call and messaged owner never responded so after I sitting in front of the building for 3 hours I went and rent a room else where only took an additional hour and a half on the phone to get a refund
