Ce magnifique 1BR1BTH vous met dans le cœur de tous Birmingham a à offrir! Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture. Les restaurants sont au coin de notre Apt. bâtiment, 5 min à pied de cinq pionts Sud pour tous les restaurants primés, shopping, vie nocturne Zype, un vélo, etc., 5-10 min ou moins à pied UAB hôpitaux et cliniques, centres de recherche, les étudiants résidents et zone universitaire , concert et spectacles, etc .. Tout est propre, neuf et très beau !!! PAS DE FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE!
Les clients ont accès à l'apt entier. Les arrivées tardives ne sont pas un problème. Enregistrement anticipé GRATUIT (vous devez contacter l'hôte pour connaître la disponibilité). Laveuse et sécheuse GRATUIT dans la cuisine. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Wifi GRATUIT avec des vitesses premium. Smart TV gratuite.
Beaucoup d'espace pour sortir des cadres de la ville, UAB voyageurs d'affaires liées ou des étudiants, des familles pour des séjours prolongés, des groupes de mariage, Robert Trent Jones Golf groupes et événements. Récemment entièrement rénové, un grand haut de 10 pi. + Plafond grande une chambre à coucher, salle de séjour a pleine taille sortir canapé-lit, une chambre a un lit queen size avec salle de bain privée attenante avec grande promenade dans le vestiaire qui a beaucoup d'espace spacieux pour le stockage et assis. entrée de la porte française et placard supplémentaire dans la chambre. Nettoyage des planchers de bois franc. Grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils mis à jour. Les ventilateurs de plafond sont dans chaque chambre. Mise à jour des bains de carreaux de céramique. Beaucoup d'espace de stockage à la marche dans l'entrée chambre. Literie et linge de toilette fournis, télévision à écran plat, wifi, etc. C'est un très bel appartement propre et entièrement équipé et meublé. Une chance pour à la maison se sentir pour le prix d'un hôtel cinq étoiles.
Hôtel comme traitement:
- Neuf draps de lit belle et confortable, oreillers, couettes. Tous les matelas couverts de matelas de haute qualité.
- Trois serviettes de taille, nettoyant pour le corps, sèche-cheveux, etc. fournis.
- Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière filtre, batterie de cuisine, poivre et sel, sucre et crème, serviettes de table, serviettes en papier, sacs à ordures, etc.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Enjoyed the location (there’s a CVS a block away, and a general convenience store and dreamland bbq right down the street). Host was responsive and checking in was very easy. If we’re in Birmingham again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable, convenient apartment.

The apartment is in a great location with great restaurants within easy walking distance. We were able to comfortably walk to museums. This apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer were a plus. We were able to park on the street without difficulty.

Perfect near UAB hospital and Kirklin Clinic.

This one bedroom beautifully decorated and clean is very close to UAB hospital. It was a quiet apartment. Very little noise from neighbors. Very little street noise. It had everything a hotel room would have and more! Free parking was on the street in front of the apartment. I was able to park there each night. Owner was very nice and helpful when I had a question. Walking distance to popular restaurants.

The place had character

Bare in mind that this was only our second experience with HomeAway, and we were not happy before our arrival since the race we had come to town to run a race that was postponed due to weather so we thought we were going to spend the whole time watching TV since it was non-refundable. As it turned out, we have some nice weather. Parking on street wasn't a problem. It's an old building that could use some sprucing up, but that apartment was clean with lots of character. It was a challenge to open the lockbox on the door because of the dark hallway and woodwork. I loved the cats pictures on the wall, and the bed was quite comfortable, but the apartment didn't get very dark at night. With the streetlights and lack of curtains on all the windows it was quite bright. The building itself seemed to be quiet, but there was quite a bit of street noise and creaky floor to keep me awake. The bathroom was an experience. There's not much room for anything and we had to use the toilet sitting sideways because we couldn't fit between the commode and the tub. The location was fair. There's a few eateries close by with a few others that are walkable as well as Railroad Park. Beware of that hill by Quinlan Castle, it's a workout. lol

Thank you for your staying with us and for sharing your experience with other travelers. We have light blocking curtains at our bedroom windows that you may have missed. If you close these light blocking curtains and the bedroom doors, the bedroom will be very dark with no lights at all. I always encourage my guests to call me if they need suggestions or more description about the area. We actually have 10 of the best restaurants in town along with a few others in a 5-10 minutes walking distance. I hope we can have the opportunity to offer a more positive experience next time.

Nice size space but questionable neighborhood

Walls are thin and we were woke up by some domestic fighting in middle of night. Pluses are property manager was super helpful with maintenance issues…minuses were the maintenance problem - fridge was broken for our stay. Dryer wouldn’t shut off unless you open the door. The unit had plenty of towels and bed linens. Shower was roomy. Mattress was pretty firm so boyfriend loved and I thought it was too hard. No TV in bedroom and there was stains on carpet in bedroom as well as throw rug in living room. It smelled amazing in there and seemed to be pretty clean. I would recommend if you need a place to crash and do not plan on hanging out there much. We will probably rent a house next time as we were there to visit family and didn’t like having all the noise from other people coming through walls. Hope this honest review helps you decide!

Great place!

We had a great time staying here. It was charming inside and a great place for my son and I. We stayed 4 nights and have no complaints. The street was quiet and the neighborhood is a quiet, older neighborhood. I had a few questions while we were there and the owner responded quickly each time. I would stay here again!

Furnace Fest weekend

The property was very clean and smelled great when we walked in! The owners made it very easy to check in and find everything around the house. The location was great with nearby restaurants and a well stocked convenience store two blocks away. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very clean and cute!

I didn’t get to explore the area around the apartment, because we were doing college registration for my daughter. However, the inside looks exactly as pictured and is very clean. I enjoyed my stay, but didn’t cook or watch tv- so hard to comment on those.

Great apartment in a great location

We were visiting family for the holiday and came across this home. We loved the place from the moment we walked in. It was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels and sheets but the addition of having a washer and dryer was quite nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owners directions were clear and easy to understand. Overall we enjoyed the home and we will stay here on future visits.

The place was very nice and very close to UAB campus. We rented a car and never had any problems to park the car. The apartment had everything that we needed to cook one night for our kids.

Cute and chic apartment in fun part of town!

I stayed at this apartment for a week while in town for the high school National Speech and Debate Championships. The apartment was clean, had all the things I was looking for like air conditioning, washer/dryer and character. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the hip decor. It is only a short walk from Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Waffle House, Pancake House, and my favorite restaurant to visit when I come to Birmingham, Highlands Bar and Grill! There are also some cool shops and bars in the neighborhood. The price for this apartment and it's location was a great deal and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham. Also, the owner was very attentive and answered all my questions via text.
