We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this outstanding property! It was roomy enough to accommodate our family members and dogs, without feeling crowded. Kitty has done everything to make the place feel like home: ample seating, well stocked kitchen, beautiful linens and charming artwork. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking, while being convenient to downtown attractions. We have stayed at many properties over the years and this is truly one of the best, we highly recommend it!

Simply wonderful! This is a great house in a great neighborhood. The house is warm and cozy with lots of places to sit and relax as well as to gather with friends and family. Very nice remodel with updated appliances and fixtures. The decorations throughout contribute to the charming feel. The backyard is perfect for your furry family members. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Hi. The keurig coffee maker did not work. I message Kathryn but no response. The one tree kept dropping its fruit and left the back yard little messy. Otherwise such a great quiet relaxing space. Never used bidet-great experience!

Love the amenities

Cute and charming! Clean and the amenities were great! There is full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand lotions. Loved the multi charging station on the nightstands for Apple Watch, AirPods and phone. The bed was super comfortable and could barely feel when my husband would move. Decorated very nicely that made it very homey. Also the landscaping is beautiful as well.

Graduation in a hurricane

This was a great stay. The host is so sweet. We traveled from Georgia in the midst of hurricane Helene. Place was clean, host was easy reach, and place was cute and cozy.

Perfect little bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay at Kitty’s well appointed bungalow. I was in Lexington for 4 weeks and this was truly like a home away from home. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and when family came to visit there was plenty of room for them. The house was well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. It was very close to the downtown restaurants and a 25 min drive to the horse park. The beds were very comfortable and Kitty was super responsive if we had any issues or questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home

The house was wonderful. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and located in a great neighborhood. We would walk our dog and all the neighbors were so friendly, one even invited us over for drinks. The fenced in yard was so nice to let our dog run around while we sat outside drinking coffee. Were coming back sometime in October and will absolutely stay here again

Cozy, clean and well appointed

We chose this rental property because it had two bathrooms and enough seating in both the living room and the dining area to entertain a total of 5 people. We were visiting friends from the university and we all really enjoyed having this as homebase. Comfy beds with memory foam toppers and cozy chairs in the living room. There were thoughtful touches throughout, as in lotion at every sink, toiletry options, plenty of linens and the most beautifully landscaped yard. My 7 pound Chihuahua has trouble walking around on slippery hard surfaces, so I was prepared to carry him from room to room. We were thrilled to find that Kitty has rugs everywhere so he was able to follow us from living room to bedroom and even outside with ease. He had a great vacation too :) Our friends were just five minutes away and nearby restaurants and coffee shops were absolutely fabulous. We will definitely return and our friends will use this listing as their recommendation for out-of-town visitors in the future. Thank you!

Really nice home

We loved out stay here. The yard is very well landscaped, and it was so lovely to sit on tthe deck and watch our pup wander in the fenced in yard. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We stay at VRBO's a lot and this was by far one of the nicest, cleanest, well cared for places we've stayed. Our only wish at this one as the others we've stayed at would be a recliner chair or two for relaxing in the evening.

Graduation and Derby weekend

We loved everything about the house and our time in Lexington. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and so clean! The garden in the back was so beautiful. We sat out there and enjoyed our coffee in the morning. The location is so great! Close to Rupp, UK, downtown etc. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Christmas convenience

Perfectly located and pet-friendly! Lovely home with fenced yard, perfect for family visit over the holidays. So much to do, and so easy to get there. Exceptionally well-appointed kitchen, and loved the local flavor to the books and decor.

Felt like home

We stayed here for the weekend while visiting our daughter who attends UK. This home was in a great location, close to the university and tons of restaurants. We were able to have our dog with us since it is pet-friendly. It really felt like we were at our home away from home!
