The unit was good, and there were no cleaning products available for clean the toilet. Saw a few cockroaches, and except for the 2 unexpected evacuations, and the amazing view, everything was good.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, including the lack of cleaning supplies, the pest sighting, and the unexpected evacuations. We truly wish these concerns had been mentioned during your stay so we could have addressed them right away for your comfort. For future reference, our housekeeping team places basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, though we’re sorry if they weren’t easy to find this time.
We also regret the inconveniences caused by both the roaches and the unexpected evacuations. Please know that we do take preventative pest control measures to eliminate such issues. If your concern relates to the false fire alarms, please know that those are managed by the building management and unfortunately outside of our direct control.
