Downeast Maine Coastal paradise in our newly renovated 3-bedroom year round home in Blue Hill! The Cottage at Water's Edge is a light and airy retreat offering stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Just a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia Nat'l Park.

The spacious first floor features a primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate convenience. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom, perfect for families or groups. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and Body Lotion from Pharmacopia.

The heart of the home is the large kitchen, equipped with a wine fridge, induction stovetop, and dining space for six. Prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories. The inviting living room boasts 12-foot sliders that open onto a screened-in porch, where you can relax and soak in the breathtaking ocean panorama.

Step outside onto the back deck for al fresco dining or gather around the Solo Stove fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. A short stroll leads you to our expansive, private beach, shared with just three homes, offering a tranquil escape.

The Cottage is well equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. We've got you covered with wine, champagne and cocktail glasses and even a cocktail shaker. Interested in doing some baking while you are here...take advantage of the Kitchenaid Mixer and all the bakeware you need. We have a lobster pot and outdoor grill as well. The home is equipped with a coffee maker and coffee grinder for those who prefer fresh beans.

We help you get you started with yogurt, eggs, butter, half and half and our favorite coffee from Carrabassett Coffee Company.

There are beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels for your adventures!
