• Guard will allow 15 mins drop-off. You can drop-off your luggages/bags, check-in at the reception, then park your vehicles in front of Home

• Don't stain our towels, bedsheets or pillowcase otherwise charges will apply (P500-P1000)
• Take care of the unit key. Lost or unreturned key will be charged P1000
• Don't put hot food/pot on the kitchen counter or table to avoid heat stains
• Wash all dishes and utensils upon check-out (P1,000 charge)
• Don't put wet plates, glasses and utensils inside the sink drawer, please let them dry
• Collect & throw all your trash near the service elevator
• Report any damages immediately
