Stay three miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, minutes from downtown shopping and dining, and enjoy access to cable TV with free DVD movie rentals. Unit One is a cozy, single-room suite featuring a personal outdoor hot tub, full bath with jetted tub, king bed, full sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Dine in our picnic area with a gas grill or unwind in front of a wood-burning fireplace. Your stay includes complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps four.

Great place and location!

Perfect place for visiting Estes and RMNP. Bed was comfortable, towels were outstanding and it was close to town and the park!

Very clean, but also rustic feeling cabin. Plenty of grills around in case we wanted to grill, places to walk the dog, and saw a couple deer on Friday which was fun.

Just what we needed to relax. The highway to the park was a little noisy in during the day, but overall the accommodations were great, we had everything we need to get away.

Easy to find, clean, personal hot tub just for us. It fit our needs just right. We got up early to beat the crowds to popular national Park locations, then would stop back in the middle of the day when things were busy because the room was so close.

Perfect getaway

After a bit of a hiccup during the check in process, everything went smooth. Lee was patient and kind; walked us through everything we might have missed. Close to good eats and easy access to the park.

Winter wonderland

This one room cabin was a true winter wonderland. Very close to downtown and many hikes. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day.

Exactly as described. I was unaware you had to purchase wood for the fireplace, but I may have missed that detail. Fireplace heats up room very well. Overall the property was quiet. Hot tub was a nice private experience, too. However, note you have to exit your cabin, go into the parking lot, and to the side of the building to get to the hot tub. Not fun to do in a bathing suit and towel. Amenities like coffee and tea were lovely. Bed, pillows, and linens were all clean and comfy. Towels were thick, big, and plentiful. You can tell they try very hard to make your stay pleasant.

Great location overall comfortable, but the floors were filthy. As was the bathroom counter. The lower outlets on either side of the bed didn't work, nor did the outside light. I had maintenance come by twice and they were unable to fix either problem
