Spectacular Views in Forest Setting-Coaster Passes-HotTub-Fireplace-King Bed-AC

EP #3541. Beautiful 840 sq ft. studio house in Estes Park with a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and stunning views of Twin Sisters and Mt. Meeker. Lots of wildlife. Elk can often be seen while sitting on the deck. Relax in the private hot tub after a day of sightseeing or hiking and enjoy amazing views of the stars in this dark sky community. Sleep on a king size Casper Original, one of the highest rated mattresses by Consumer Reports. Only 5 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This house is one large open space and does not have separate bedrooms. Also, please note that there are no curtains on the upper windows. This has been done intentionally for the views. During the nighttime, starlight and moonlight can come in through the upper windows.

The house has two unlimited ride passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster that you are welcome to use during your stay. Zip through the forest at nearly 30 mph or take it slow and enjoy the scenery down 3,000 ft of track. You can ride the coaster alone or with a passenger. The coaster is located at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd in Estes Park, which is a 5.5 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes) from the house. Please call or visit their website for days and hours of operation. (Some days they are closed.) Please note, there is a $250 replacement fee for each pass that is missing from the house upon check-out.

Due to my house cleaner's schedule, I am unable to make arrangements for an early check in or a late check out. On the day of check in, I will send you a message as soon as the house is ready to go. (The house is typically ready to go between 2pm and 3pm.)

My insurance company does not allow for any open flames or outdoor smoking at the house due to fire risk.

The house is connected to the town's Trailblazer fiber optic gigabit internet service. The hot tub is available year round but cannot be used during high winds.

During the autumn, winter, and spring, I strongly recommend you bring a vehicle with 4WD / AWD. The town generally does a good job of plowing and sanding the roads in the neighborhood in a timely manner after each snow storm, but if you need to drive while the snow is still falling, or you are going up to higher elevations such as Rocky Mountain National Park where they tend to get more snow, it's a good idea to have it.

The house is decorated for the holidays with an artificial Christmas tree and Christmas wreath. (Typically the week after Thanksgiving through New Year's Day)

My husband booked here for my birthday and we loved the experience. Place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We saw deer up close, everything was easy to navigate, super close to coffee, food, store, and Stanley hotel. Host was absolutely amazing and accommodating! Hot tub stayed warm but jets shut off pretty quickly. Either way, our stay here at this Vrbo felt like something out of a movie. Definitely the place to stay for a romantic weekend with your spouse and the pricing was great! Thank you violet for opening your home to us

This place was great!! Communication with the owner was awesome from min we booked. This place was probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Everything is supplied that you could need. Hot tub was clean! The entire place was clean! The bed was a little firm, but that’s better than a worn out crappy bed! Zero complaints!!

Absolutely amazing!! Everything was exactly like the pictures! Located in a quiet neighborhood. Maybe 10 minutes to downtown. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was enough room for my wife and two daughters! Don't second guess yourself and book it! I'm glad we did! We definitely will be back in the near future!

Fantastic escape

Absolutely beautiful house with amazing views of mountains. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. We loved all the amenities to include half and half, games, and soap in the shower. 10/10 recommend for a couples escape!

Great studio, great location

The views from the house were great. We watched the sunrise over the mountains while soaking in a hot tub. The property is 10 min from downtown Estes Park. 15 min from the Bear Lake Corridor in RMNP. We very much enjoyed staying here!

Hi! My name is Violet. I feel very fortunate to live in Estes Park, a lovely town near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. I enjoy hiking, biking, and camping with family and friends. One of my favorite things to do in the morning is to make myself a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife pass by.

My husband and I built this small house in 2019. This is a quiet neighborhood with homes that sit on half acre lots with trees, wildlife, and mountain views. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house has 2 unlimited ride passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster that you are welcome to use during your stay. A 3-pack of tickets costs $35 so if 2 people were to ride 3 times each, this is a $70 value. Zip through the forest at nearly 30 mph or take it slow and enjoy the scenery down 3,000 ft of track. You can ride the coaster alone or with a passenger. The coaster is located at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd in Estes Park, which is a 5 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes) from the house. Days and hours are limited during the winter and the coaster may be closed during inclement weather.
