This was our second time staying in this unit. The garage is a huge plus as is the proximity to the Clinic. The one item I noted to the host he thanked me and said would take care of it.

Location was the huge plus, near the stadium and local restaurants. Place was clean and organized. Only thing missing was tissues to blow our noses especially on how could it was outside.

The unit was clean, and the location is great. I would like to note that there is a window in the living room that is broken and the cold air blows in. In the previous reviews, there was a comment from last March that the window was broken. The garage is a nice feature, and the reviews are correct, it is a tight fit even for a crossover SUV. The unit was stocked well and even had the essentials. Although it didn't bother us, if you are a light sleeper, bring a sound machine as the fire/police station is close by.

The location was excellent. Almost everything was within easy walking distance. The theater district is beautiful. The only thing I had an issue with is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. I find it hard to sleep with the bright light from the street lights shining into the room. We overall had a great time in Cleveland.

The location was very good - walking distance to Progressive Field and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. The downsides were no cable or local TV and the garage is tricky to get into and very narrow so tight getting in and out of car. Host was very quick at answering any questions. Would consider overall a good place to stay when in downtown Cleveland.

This a great apartment, close to downtown and Playhouse Square. It was very clean and comfortable, but it needs a few things, e.g, there was only one wine glass. The mattress covers must be waterproof or plastic because the bed was very loud every time I rolled over. Steven is a great host. He was easy to reach and very helpful.

Steven was courteous, prompt and was able to accommodate having the unit available slightly ahead of check in. Units were clean, well kept. My only recommendation would be the mattress had a loudness to them due to the mattress protector. Perhaps not an issue for all.

Overall, our stay was very good. The property is in a convenient location - close to shopping and tourist spots. The property is on a main road with many emergency sirens throughout the day. The fitted sheets in the second bedroom were heavily stained - we had to sleep with the top sheet pulled over it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

OK Downtown condo stay

Property was nice. It had a nice downtown condo vibe, but the shower didn’t seem terribly clean in one of the bathrooms and the shower door fell off the when trying to close it. At least half of the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t function- so I couldn’t easily open them to take a peek outside. And only part of the nice large windows in the bedroom had curtains
 and the curtains were thin, so the light hit you eyes at sunrise. The other thing to know is that you’re likely going to hear police / ambulance / train noise at night.Beyond this, the living area was large and decent. Decent size kitchen, living room area and small balcony (we didn’t use it, not much to say here). One thing I felt very uncomfortable with were the directions left on the dining table stating that we would be charged 50 for every 30 mins, if we left past 11am. I’ve never had anyone threaten with that sort of thing- it left a bad taste in my mouth. And the owner will text you the morning of your departure day to ask you to let him know when you leave
 it just seemed like a bit much.

Great spot for enjoying the downtown area! Host and unit were fantastic. Just be mindful of the neighborhood if you're coming back extra late.

nice downtown stay

The townhome was very nice, clean, and well stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar and an unusually ample supply of necessities like hand soaps, bathroom tissue etc. It was really nice to NOT have to go shopping to supply the basics for our weekend stay. We appreciated the security of having a private garage, though be aware it’s a tight fit for a mid size vehicle. Neighborhood was convenient and a short uber ride from most places we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was great!

Downtown Cleveland stay

Good location. Clean. Broken window in living room made it cold and blinds blew. Great having a garage, bonus. Nice kitchen area. Definitely had city noises at night but it’s in a city. Walkable to Rocket arena and Guardians field if it was nice weather.
