Martin Mill Santa Fe Inspired Bungalow- 5 minutes to downtown

This house, inspired by Sante Fe design, will be a great location for your next stay in Knoxville. This house is located 5 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to campus, 15 minutes to the airport, and 45 minutes to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. It has a private backyard with hammocks, firepit, and grill for you to enjoy and a full kitchen to cook all your meals during your stay.

The house has a keypad lock that allows increased flexibility with check-in.

Parking: The driveway has room for about 5-6 vehicles.

House is located on a busy street. There is no street parking but it's within minutes of downtown.

Uber is available. We have provided a long driveway and a parking pad so you will have plenty of private parking.

Common questions:

--The backyard is fully fenced in if you are bringing your fur baby!
--We ask that you put in the guest count if you are bringing a pet.
--We offer a 5% weekly discount and 10% monthly discount.
--We do not offer a military discount as it is hard for us to verify.
--If you pay $25 for an early check-in or late check-out, you can check in at 2PM and check out at 12PM.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

The location is great for game day but the house was not cleaned properly and we were out a shower during our stay with 8 women and I bathroom was hectic. Definitely needs some updates.

Amazing Backyard

We absolutely loved the adorable backyard, and our dog enjoyed it even more! It was the perfect spot for a quick weekend stay.

the house is older but very beautiful, out problems were the house had many issues such as broken floor tiles that were and moldy showers that look like they haven't been cleaned lights in the upstairs bedroom didn't work. the toaster was broken along with a door that was split and pretty banged up laundry was left in the dryer, every set of blinds in the house were broken

The owner was easy to work with & very responsive. We stayed down for a basketball tournament and it was 4 minute drive from the gym. Neighborhood was quiet, food was close. I would stay again

Great Home

Great home, comfortable beds. Real close to downtown Knoxville, everything you could want within 15 minutes. Very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and will return when we come back to Knoxville.

Washer and Dryer were Dirty full of smelly laundry, Place wasnt clean, toilets were dirty and smelly.House is not what was described properly, not worth the stay nor the ammount money. We left 2 days early because of it.

Great Location and Cute House but Smelled of Smoke

Went to UTK for Family Weekend. This cute house is located nearby and was super cute. The bunk bedroom is for littles only however. The house smells strongly of smoke. That was a problem for us. It was not advertised as a smoking house and the smell was strong the entire stay. No ice maker so byoi. Cute fenced backyard for the dogs and bathrooms were great.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Broken blinds, cracked and broken kitchenware, lipstick stains on cups and silverware, hair and grime all over the bathroom floors and bedroom walls. No screens on bathroom windows and no vent to deal with steam or smell.Whole place smelled funky, the towels were old and not fresh, and the beds were straight from a prison cell, horrible springless matts on metal framesBathroom attached to the kitchen smelled foul and seeped into the "kitchen" (an un equipt kitchen in the middle of the space) which is attached to the living and bedrooms. the lower bunk bed was literally (and I mean literally) on the floor. Absolutely not worth the money, nor any money at all. did not feel safe staying here as i was with a group of women.

Terrible!!

The place has potential; however, the owner never responded to my concerns of lack of cleaning products. Refrigerator was dirty, couldn’t use the oven, no oven mitts and door looked like it didn’t close, and under the couch was disgusting. Front door didn’t appear to be secure. This was the worst place I’ve experienced
