Chambre et salle de bain dans l'aile privée, avec entrée propre, mini-réfrigérateur, zone de préparation de thé-café et petit porche. Bien qu'il y ait un grille-pain, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, beaucoup de place pour vos aliments, il n'y a pas d'équipements de cuisine. Ceci est une chambre privée dans une maison qui a un accès facile à la randonnée et Boulder. Nous sommes situés dans le comté de Boulder dans la communauté de montagne de 300 personnes (20 min à Boulder). La propriété est adjacente à un parc de 5 acres avec court de tennis, sentiers pédestres, ruisseau. 30 min en voiture de Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, 50 min en voiture de RMNP à Estes Park. 8 min à pied du café local pour les dîners et la musique (ainsi que délicieux brunch le week-end!).

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed - even drawing a map to help us find the trails for a hike. The kitchenette is well stocked, even with food items for breakfast. However there is no room for a table in the kitchenette so we figured out a way to move a small table in the bedroom so we could use it to sit down to eat. When the host noticed this, she brought in another chair, as there was only one. We could also use this table to play cards, as there is no television. In the town of Jamestown we enjoyed the food and entertainment at "The Merc".All in all it was a fun experience, and we recommend it.

We stayed with Wendy and Tim in Jamestown for our recent trip to the Rocky Grass Festival in Lyons. Their property and hospitality made for an idyllic holiday! They supply privacy, beauty, local information, yummy sweetbread in the morning, and a hot tub featuring an amazing sky at night. So relaxing and peaceful!

Delightful mountain suite

Staying with Wendy & Tim is a delight - the suite adjoining their house is quaint and comfy and exactly the right amount of space for folks looking for a home base for mountain adventures. The space is private, but your hosts are so wonderful you’re gonna want to meet them and chat a bit. They were very gracious and welcoming and provided a host of little amenities that saved us time grabbing coffee/cream etc. looking forward to visiting again!

Very quiet and friendly small town; great for relaxing and getting away from it all. Clean, comfortable room with private entrance and bath. Owners were helpful and went out of their way to help out and ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. I would recommend this listing for people visiting the area. Wonderful Stay!

Tim and Wendy are among the most thoughtful and caring hosts we have ever known. Not only is this charming little suite (with a bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer, and kitchette) spotlessly clean, they equip it daily with homebaked cookies, banana bread, and snacks as well as yogurt, juice, and sparkling water. Their home is a peaceful haven, filled with the spirit of authentic kindness. We will gladly stay here again.

Amazing Place with Welcoming Hosts!

We had such a great stay here! My husband and I were in the area for a wedding and Wendy and Tim were awesome hosts. The rooms were clean and comfortable with every amenity we could want. Wendy even baked tasty treats for us and surprised us with them! The area is beautiful for hiking and the town is really cute. We went to the Merc as recommended by our hosts and had a great meal there with a cozy atmosphere. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the area but not necessarily in Denver/Boulder proper. You'll love it!

There is beautiful walking and hiking in any direction. Restaurant is in walking distance. Just an incredibly peaceful area. Wendy was amazing! She was personable, left notes daily, and additional breakfast treats each day! There is a private entrance, but Wendy was open to as much or little interaction as I wanted to have. Hands down...I would absolutely stay here again!

The room, bathroom and small kitchen area were spotless, and an outdoor table by the door was the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee. A rabbit even hopped by a couple of times. The hot tub was located near my private entry, and it looked inviting, though I was busy visiting my son in nearby Boulder and didn't use it. Wendy was a terrific hostess, proving daily homemade muffins and other treats. The location is in the tiny, quiet town of Jamestown and is about a 30-minute drive from Boulder on winding mountain roads. A cafe that offers live music is a short walk away, though I didn't try it. If you want to stay in a happening place in the heart of Boulder, this room is not for you. If you prefer a quiet retreat a short drive from the urban action, this place is perfect.
