- No pool usage past 9pm

- No unauthorized pets (check with host)
- Fireplace is not available for use

We are pet-friendly! Pet Fee is $150 per pet, max of 2, under 50 lbs each.

Pool is not heated. Although it remains uncovered throughout the year, the pool is not available for use from October to May. We'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a major contributing factor.

PARKING:
- ALL cars must park in the driveway which has a maximum of FOUR (4) cars
- If you cannot fit, a maximum of TWO (2) cars are permitted to park on the street directly in front of the property
- Do NOT park on the street in from our direct neighbors. The neighbors will TOW you.
