We had a very good time at this nice property! We had family in from multiple states and everyone was able to find the house easily, although we did have one instance where apparently there are two listed gps addresses that are the same but about 10 mins away from each other- only made that mistake once. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable blankets and pillows. There were more than enough towels, and with a frequently used pool that is saying something! Ample fridge and counter space, however we would have appreciated having a few extra dishes- we had to go out to the dollar store and buy bowls as there were only a few and the kids eat a lot of cereal on vacation. Had simple spices like salt and pepper on hand so we didn’t have to buy those which was nice as well. Pool was as advertised. A few toys were available and we brought some of our own as well. I wish the chairs had reclined more but that’s a first world problem. House was at the end of a dirt road which wasn’t an issue for our vehicles. Some of the houses nearby seemed a little shady but I never felt unsafe and all interactions we had were pleasant. My mom and I went running outside everyday without issue. My only suggestion for the owner would be to add additional TVs- In the evening after a long day of swimming the kids wanted to wind down with a movie and it was a battle of wills between grandpa who wanted to watch Fox News and the 6 year old who wanted K-pop demon hunters. Would stay again.

Nice spot for a large group!

My family and friends all planned a weekend to go to OWA Tropic falls, and we searched and searched for a home big enough to accommodate 14 people that was near the water park that wasn't outrageously expensive. This fit all of those requirements perfectly! We had a wonderful weekend and the house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to enjoy!

Perfect house for our family to spend time together!

Some of my family came from different states to meet for a week vacation near Orange Beach. We had age ranges from 56 to 4 years old. We were able to visit, swim in the pool, and go the beach!

Hair in the shower, outside flower bed wasn’t kept up at all , grass needed to be cut. Swimming pool was dirty 
 the pump was not pumping as it should. Outside by the pool was dirty. My pastor got in touch with the owner on Saturday and told her about the pool she said she would send someone out that day, they never came. My pastor also contact her this morning Monday
 to ask her what she wanted us to do with the garbage that we had from the 3days we was there, my pastor wife went to check the garbage and it was already full from whoever was there a month ago before we came or either the cleaning person (idk)
.The kitchen was clean but the living room had a dead water bug on the living room floor plus a plant that was half dead in the corner. I wish I had took pictures but I think my pastor did

Weekend Trip

The property is beautiful and quiet. House was great for our group. Rooms well kept, outdoor spaces amazing. Prompt response from property manager/owner to our questions and any concerns, very nice people. Will definitely book in the future! Loved it.

Lots of room

Everything was great! There was plenty of room for everyone. There was everything we needed to cook dinner. Plenty of towels and room for the kids to play. My only complaint would be the ants. There were lots of ants. My son and dog both stepped in them. We would stay here again. The owners were quick to answer all questions.

French Style At Its Best!

The property appeared to me to be as presented on the site. It is a little remote but i loved that about it. Was exactly what was expected. I loved the french styles and decor.
