** CONSTRUCTION NOTICE**
Construction is still ongoing in the Crowne View Resort. Construction will not prevent access to the lodge or amenities. Please be aware there will be construction noise, usually during the week between the hours of 8a-5p.

You will get access to amenties from the Crowne View Resorts which include:
-Outdoor Pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day)
-Children's Playground
-Indoor Pool

Roads:
-Please note the road to the home is paved.

Internet/Cell Service:
-We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.

Parking:
-There are 4 parking spaces in front of the lodge for this home ONLY.

Guest count:
-Maximum 13 Guests.

Age:
-All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Smoking:
-Our home is 100% NON-SMOKING.

Pets:
-Pets are NOT allowed. We are being respectful to others that have allergies.

Parties:
-No Big Parties or excessive noise. We have some neighbors that are permanent residents. We request quiet time outside be between 10pm to 8am.

Hot Tub:
-The hot tub is for guests 18+. Do NOT use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Critters:
- We maintain the property with monthly pests control. However, you may still see some bugs and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them.

Weather:
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

Internet/ TV:
-We have Wi-Fi set up at the lodge. All TV's are Smart TVs so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms.

Starter Pack:
-We provide a starter pack consisting of:
coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent packet, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. All other suppliers will need to be provided by the guest.
