Guest Access:

● Guests are welcome to use the lake and kayaks at your own risk. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision.

● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed

● Access to Stillwater Lakes Civic Association community amenities - Registration w/ fees is necessary to obtain access, plus optional fees for additional access

● Our guests will enjoy full access to the home and the entire property.

● You are welcome to use the lake at your own risk. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision.

● Swimming is not permitted in the lake that the house is located on (Sunset Lake), but it is permitted at the Summit Lake main beach (seasonal)

● Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles

● Early check-in and late-check out may be accommodated with a fee ($50 each). Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

● Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.



Other Things to Note:

The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.



● This property can accommodate up to 10 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.



REGISTRATION:

Guests shall register with Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. We will send you a form to complete the registration.



Fees are as follows:

● Transaction Fee per Rental: $77.25 fee per group - This is included in the booking total



Additional fees (optional) for Stillwater Lakes Civic Association community amenities access (summer only):

● Wristbands can be purchased at the community office upon arrival

● $5 per day for guests 10 and older

● No charge for guests under 10

Access to the Stillwater Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.



Please note, these fees are not set by us as hosts. They are established by the community and apply to all guests. These charges help cover the costs of operating and maintaining the many great amenities and facilities available during your stay.



Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.



Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.



A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations.



Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.



NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI, Wawa



We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank



When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

Interaction with Guests:

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
