The space
Relax and melt stress as you sit by the fire, soak in the hot tub, or row your worries away in the kayaks. The backyard leads to Deer Lake, which can be easily explored directly from our private dock.

Gigi’s Lake House provides ample space for the entire family or a group of friends. It's the perfect getaway for entertaining and relaxing in the Poconos! Guests have access to the entire house, which includes:

* A full sofa bed in upstairs living room and a sofa in the living room downstairs
* 2 full bathrooms: upstairs with a shower and downstairs with a tub/shower
* Game room with arcade games and many board games
* Propane fireplace
* High Speed Wi-Fi
* Three Roku TV’s throughout the house (to be used with guest’s Netflix/Amazon Prime account)
* Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-made meal

Enhance your stay by purchasing amenity passes, granting you access to an indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, boat rentals, The Lodge Bar/Restaurant, a community lodge with a game room, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, saunas, and playgrounds.

Amenity passes can be conveniently purchased online, at the office, or at the pools, and are managed directly by the community. Pricing per person (age 2 and above) is as follows:


* 1-day pass: $20.00
* 3-day pass: $30.00
* 7-day pass: $50.00
* Kids under 2 years are free
Note: The community office manages the scheduling of amenities such as the beach, pool, and others. Please note that last-minute changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.

Located in the heart of the Poconos and only within 15 minutes away from most Poconos attractions, such as Pocono Raceway, Kalahari, Camelback, Alvins Offroad Playground, Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, Pocono Premium Outlets, restaurants, water rafting, hiking, wineries, paintball.

Your furry friend is also welcome! Guests bringing a pet must disclose it at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee. Please note:
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.

Please Read:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 12 people.
* A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
* Per Community request, guests will be asked to provide a list of their vehicle(s) information prior to the start of their stay. A maximum of 6 cars at all times are allowed in the driveway
* Hot tub must be left in the same condition as found
* Firewood is not provided
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
* Only REGISTERED boats, kayaks, paddle boards are allowed on the lake
