Escape to this lovely relaxing farmhouse cabin in picturesque Richton, Mississippi. This cozy retreat features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the sunroom and a couch in the living room. With WiFi and AC/heat, guests can relax and unwind in this perfect hideaway. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply enjoy some downtime, this nice cabin is a great place to call homebase while you're away.
Take it easy at this relaxing country cabin surrounded by beautiful landscape.
Enjoy fishing off the pier, kayaking, nature walks around the property, evening fires in the fire pit, and front porch rocking in the chairs. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home on 25 beautiful and secluded acres with a pond.
The property is located within 1 mile of Richton, 30 minutes from Hattiesburg and Laurel, and 1- 1.5 hours from the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula).
Welcome to the country! Guest will be able to relax without interruptions. You will have the whole property to yourself for a peaceful getaway!
Sleeping: the sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom, a full size sofa sleeper in the sunroom, and a blow up mattress, if needed, for a maximum of 6 guest.
The naturally lite sunroom includes a full dining table, a rocking chair, sofa sleeper, and coffee table with 12 windows all the way around for a full view of the scenic wooded pine trees. 🌳
Enjoy Wi-Fi, two smart/Roku/ cable TVs, a full kitchen with all necessities (pots, pans, dishes, spices, wine glasses, coffee pot/ coffee, tea, etc), full laundry room (washer/dryer), and outdoor sitting areas on the back and front porch. 📺🛁🛏️☕️
The house is completely stocked with towels, linens, blankets, and everything else you would need for a relaxing getaway in the country.
We have two fun kayaks with paddles and life jackets for our guests to enjoy. Say hey to our pet duck “duck duck” who will be enjoying the pond year round! You can even feed him, he loves company! 🦆🚣🏼♂️

An absolutely wonderful place to stay!! It was clean, and when we realized we forgot marshmallow sticks, we saw that some were provided! It was such a quiet and cozy location, and the pond was beautiful and tranquil. Would absolutely go back and recommend to anyone looking for a private and romantic getaway!

The Best Getaway From Life
The property was beautiful! It was the peace we needed from everyday life! The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Duck Duck was a great addition to this adventure. My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! 10/10 rating from us!

This house was filthy! Every dish that was in the cabinet had old food on them and the shower had slimy green stuff and pink mold in it. Also they had dog fur all over the pillows on the couch. Overall it was a nice place to stay even with it not cleaned good!
