This 3 story home provides a spacious layout that's perfect for any group! 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has their own attached bathroom great for privacy. Washer & dryer available. Free parking with two spaces in open car garage.

Guest access
This home is equipped with an August Smart Lock. There are no keys or number pads for added security. Guests who book our home must be comfortable with technology and using an app on their smartphone to enter the home. The August Home app will need to be downloaded and set up prior to arriving so their are no delays at check-in. Guests only have access during their reservation. If you arrive early, you will not have access into the home.
Other things to note
DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance camera is located at the front of the house and which records to make sure the house is protected. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

No smoking or vaping:

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.

PETS
Pet fee is $250 and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $200 cleaning fee.
