We had a great time in Nashville! This home was close to everything 10-15 min uber ride. It has an amazing roof top however it needs outdoor furniture the current items are very warn out. however there is a common area off the main floor we weren't sure if its shared furniture because it was in front of another unit. Also a bbq but again unsure if for everyone. Stayed over a week would stay again.

The space was spacious, allowed for us to set up for the games we brought in both the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with the basic needs as were all the bathrooms! Each bedroom was the perfect size and space to get ready for the day! The terrace was also a fun place to chill out after the long day!

great location. construction begins at 6:30 am. lots of stairs to the bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. communal courtyard nice. rooftop table, chairs, and benches are not usable due to weathering. we would have liked more communal seating.issues with supplies were corrected day of arrival.house & unit numbers pretty but not visible from the road. thank goodness we saw photo on line.walkable to Centennial Park and restaurants.

This home was great for our girls trip. The rooms were spacious and attached bathrooms very convenient. Very nice home with everything we needed. Lots of steps, though, so be prepared to carry your luggage up one or two full flights of stairs since the elevator is not available for guests.

The kitchen, regarding pans/pots for stove top cooking were very limited. That was our only issue. The pellet grill did not work, seems as the pellets had gotten wet. Garage and bedrooms/bathrooms and supplies of towels and TP and paper towels were excellent. Great location. Easy to Uber from to downtown. I would definitely recommend this place!

Plenty of space and bathrooms. This unit however is in need of maintenance. Walls need painting. Blinds in the kitchen were very dirty. The roof top deck furniture is not usable with significantly warped table and the cushions were ripped and worn. The kitchen had one pan that wasn’t usable from stuck on cooking. No dishwasher detergent. The drawers and cupboards had random items and some leftover food. Not organized.

There was construction being done across the street and they started at 6:30 in the morning. There was no warning about the construction, the constant jack hammering and noise that lasted all day! The microwave is extremely difficult to use. The slats on the bed in the front bedroom continually fell off the frame.

This is a great property, any problems we had there was always a good response. The common area between the units with fire pits and chairs and patio is very fun to meet other people. Great all the way around.

AMAZING

Most folks know when you find a spot thats awesome you keep it to yourself but as hard as it is for me to share i know its the right thing to do. This place is amazing, phenomenal. If you're coming to see Nashville , this is the spot. Amazing views of the city from the roof top patio, watch the sun set..I could go on and on about this place. Awesome!
