Stroll the boardwalk at Pier 60 and watch for dolphins aboard a catamaran or schooner tour. Embrace the city’s casual vibe and ocean breezes while enjoying a vacation that follows your pace. Get ready to relax, work, play, dine and explore the natural beauty of Clearwater Beach.

The 1 Bedroom Presidential unit can be your sanctuary to unwind and provides all the comforts of home. It sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. The full kitchen allows you to plan your meals accordingly and go at your own pace. Set your eyes to the horizon as you gaze out from your own balcony and take care of any laundry needs quickly and conveniently with your own washer/dryer in the unit.

This specific suite is located on the 15th floor on the side of the building. You'll have views of the beach on one side and the boardwalk and bay on the opposite.

Currently available beginning March 29 through April 5 - minimum of 5 nights.

All in all, it's a magnificent resort that is sure to please all sensibilities in a prime location along Florida's beautiful coastline.

Parking is free for one vehicle and is $35/day for any additional vehicles.

Gulf Paradise

We had the best time enjoying the views of the gulf and the bay! The condo was spectacular with panoramic views! The topper was enjoying spring training baseball and beautiful weather!

Great Living Area

Excellent would have been my rating accept rental photos showed ocean view. However, we had a view of roof parking and houses roof tops in an area with boat docks.
