Fabuleux Malibu beach house sur une plage de sable sèche

Avec des escaliers privés vers votre propre plage de sable sèche dans une crique avec surf, baignade et pêche, dans une rue sans issue, cette maison confortable a tout pour faire de votre séjour l'un de vos meilleurs souvenirs de vacances. Il y a une nouvelle cuisine gastronomique, une grande salle, une salle à manger avec des sièges pour 10 personnes, une tanière et deux chambres principales, toutes sur l'eau. Les chambres au bord de l'eau ont chacune des baies vitrées avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et chacune a sa propre terrasse.

Le mobilier est vaste et confortable, y compris des sièges et des bancs faits à la main, des antiquités et des beaux-arts. Il y a des lucarnes dans les couloirs et les salles de bain. Il y a des cheminées dans le salon, la tanière et la chambre principale. Il y a une douche d'eau chaude directement sur la plage. C'est super pour les familles avec enfants.

Sur la crique isolée de Latigo, loin de la Pacific Coast Highway, l'océan est rempli d'oiseaux, de marsouins et de baleines incroyables. Il y a une bonne pause surf, un canal de natation pour enfants et des marées au point. C'est dans une rue calme sans issue, ce qui le rend parfait pour la baignade, la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, le surf ou tout simplement pour se détendre. Les kayaks (si vous savez comment) sont inclus. Faites une excellente randonnée dans le parc d'État de Solstice jusqu'à la cascade de Corral Canyon ou promenez-vous le long de la plage à marée basse jusqu'à Paradise Cove et son Beach Cafe souvent photographié et son bar local. Nous sommes à seulement trois kilomètres de Pepperdine, du Civic Center et de la célèbre colonie de Malibu, de Surfrider Beach et du Pier.

Wonderful beach location

Perfect for our family of 6, and the location can't be beat. Sitting out on the deck as the sun comes up with a cup of coffee, the tide rolling in and playing guitar ... lovely.

Some folks are just perfect for this spot as it was just right for you--at the water's edge with comfortable spaces and places to play, where your guitar and the gulls and waves blend in to complete the songs of the sea. Let me know when you're coming back and we'll tune the piano just before you get here. A wonderful week on the beach

We spent just under a week here with our 3 children and had a total blast. The owners were fast to communicate and the property could not have worked out better for us. Convenient location and you feel like you have your own part of the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location, well-appointed home, great hosts

Our family was in Malibu for a destination wedding in the area. Our kids are all College age and we wanted a home to get the family together (rather than separate hotel rooms). The beach location is beautiful and the house had everything we needed. Dennis and Leah were great hosts. We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing setting

Big family event to celebrate a graduation. Dennis made us feel very welcome. The views and spot are just perfect. Wonderful hours were spent on the decks, watching the surfers and waves. Lots of space to visit and play games.

A Wonderful Getaway

We recently rented this house with two other families and it was fantastic! This house is one of the few houses that still has a terrific beach during high and low tide. We had friends who rented another house down the way but ended up enjoying the beach outside our house during the day because it was so fantastic. We look forward to renting this house again.

We had a lovely time. Beautiful ocean views from every level. Comfortable home. A bit remote for us, but we don’t know the area. Definitely need a car for everything. Hosts were extremely lovely and attentive.

Absolute pleasure and amazing.

This is an amazing home on a beautiful special beach. Our entire family was happy and loved being in this family oriented home. there is something for everyone. Surfing, boogie boarding, hiking, bike riding - all is here. We have rented this house on a few different occasions and would do so again.

Outstanding beach house, perfect location

We loved staying at this house. It's right on the water, the waves are right out the window (and just below the deck), and the beach is wonderful. The house is great, lots of room and very nicely appointed inside. The decks are fantastic, both on the main level and off the upstairs bedrooms. The beach is easy to get down to and really nice. The hosts are great, easy to work with and thoughtful. Very easy access to dining options and nice sights nearby. Close to LAX, and all that LA has to offer, but far away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

The home was everything we hoped for and more. We have stayed in many places and this home was the most remarkable. This home tells a story and leaves room for you to tell yours. This home’s story is one of subtle luxury and meaningful travels - both of these ideas inspired our trip. The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive, and reasonable. The dolphins greeting us upon sunrise each morning were a bonus!

A Slice of Heaven

Once in a lifetime experience in Malibu

Our family regularly rents homes on VRBO, but this was the most beautiful location of them all. It is right on the ocean, walking distance from Malibu amenities. The home is fully stocked for cooking and ocean activities. There was plenty of room for two families to stay and reconnect. Dennis and Leah were wonderful hosts. And the property managers were nearby if we needed anything. Book immediately if you are lucky enough to find this home available.

Most memorable family vacation

Woke up in the morning to the most gorgeous ocean view - we enjoyed our coffee while watching porpoises and pelicans from our deck. Home sits on a beautiful calm beach that is perfect for relaxation, freebie and football throwing. We went to sleep listening to the ocean waves. Home is spacious, nicely furnished with a great kitchen and well stocked. It was the most memorable getaway ever for our family gathering. Everyone had an amazing time. A Place of Dreams

I cannot imagine a more perfect location than this home. Beachfront. Sand no matter the tide. This little stretch of beach is protected by wind. Kind neighbors. A very well loved and cared for home. And Dennis and Leah could not possibly be more kind, straightforward in all communication, and just overall ideal hosts. My family stayed here for 6 weeks Feb-March 2021 and never wanted to leave. I could not recommended this place more highly, especially for families with young kids.

Wonderful family spring break

We just got back from a 6 day stay at this house and were very sad to leave. The home is everything you could ask for to have a wonderful vacation- well situated and well appointed with a beautiful view. We were so impressed with the beach, very secluded but you could walk around the point at low tide and keep going for awhile. They had all of the items we needed for days at the beach, even all of the toys for our young children. In a word, the entire experience was comfortable, and that's great on vacation with 4 kids! You really can't beat the location, Malibu is secluded and has terrific restaurants, but you're only 30 min away from the larger towns. The owners were very responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend.

The ultimate Malibu experience

This property instantly immersed us in the very best Malibu has to offer. A truly, one of a kind location on a gorgeous, quiet (feels almost private) beach, dry even at high tide. Waves crashing and dolphins playing right in front of the house. A fun, surfing point break right off the beach. Pace of life here immediately slows down, yet Malibu Colony with all its great amenities, restaurants and stores only 8 minutes away. The house was comfortable and well equipped; very much the owners' beloved home with their personal effects and memories shared trustingly and openly with their guests. The owners were easy to contact, very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommended for a family holiday in great comfort, with a truly privileged location. Having previously lived in Los Angeles, we returned with our family of six to experience the Malibu way of life and this really delivered.

Breathtaking ocean views!

We chose this home largely due to there being a bedroom & full bathroom on the ground level of the home, as we were celebrating my mother in laws 84th birthday and didn’t want her to have to climb many stairs. The home was well kept & beautifully decorated with different art pieces & decor that we really enjoyed. There is a “music room” where they so graciously allow guests to use their piano & guitars. There was also a little table in there where we played chess while others attempted to explore their inner musician. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the cookware that we needed, the grill is hooked to the gas for the house (so no need to worry about running out of propane), and the wine chiller & wet bar were well stocked! We enjoyed a bottle of their wine & replaced it with one of ours. The large TV’s are ready to go with Disney & Netflix, with guest accounts available for use. This was great in the evening for some chill time for the younger kids that were tired from a full day. The view is simply beautiful and AMAZING! There is a large main level deck with plenty of seating, and a second level deck accessible from the master & 2nd master. I cannot emphasize the views you have at this home. The beach was perfect and sandy and we spent hours enjoying it. We went out early in the morning during low tide to check out the tide pools, which was fun as well. We would love to go back again!!
