Room was nice, view from the 4th floor was gorgeous and we saw a mama and baby bear just behind in the woodsy area. The pool was nice as well, there for a week and didn’t see a single other person in it while we were in it so it was like a private pool and hot tub.

The condo was very clean and well organized. The beds were comfortable and I loved having units in each room. Everyone was comfortable. The showers had awesome water pressure. The location was spot on.The pull out bed was ok.The hot tub was out of order and the pool was cloudy and had ants in it.

The room and property were very clean. We enjoyed the location being so close to town but yet when we wanted quiet it was so peaceful there. The only thing we had was getting into our room. The instructions should have been easier to follow. We had a terrible time figuring out we needed a key and how to get the key. I will stay here again.

The unit is conveniently located off the main road. It is an older building . The unit has been updated. You can tell it was DYI. That being said it was clean and for the price a good deal. The sofa and chair in the living space could be updated. They were not the most comfortable . But again we did not go there to sit on the couch. All in all a nice place to stay and have some space and ability to cook if you want it.

The space was perfect for my family. It could have used a few more minor “amenities” such as tissues and more than one pot holder to retrieve things out of the oven but, all-in-all really enjoyed it and had a lively time. The communication was very prompt and friendly. Would stay here again!!

The condo suited our needs. One issue we found was the closet in the woods side bedroom was full of Christmas decorations with a very large box blocking most of the closet. No hangers but you couldn't hang anything anyway. Also, the bathroom door stuck in closing causing more force to bang it closed. Not huge issues but noteworthy.We still had a great weekend!

Spring Break

It was a joy staying in the unit. Can I just say that the location was amazing, 10 minute walk to the center of everything. The condo was as pictured. Nice and clean and had the necessities. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was good & the room was clean. The PTAC unit in the main living area does not work but we had decent weather so wasn’t a big deal. The hosts fees being more than the actual room fees seems a bit extreme & the fact they didn’t apply my one key cash to this was also frustrating.

Short Vacation

The condo was clean and neat. And plenty big for our party of 4. Our biggest issue was finding the property. Google maps gave us another property altogether. Only after contacting a different property host (who was most definitely a help and most pleasant ) did we find the right building. Had the exact name of the building been given, we would have saved about a hour trying to find the correct place.

Anniversary weekend

Property was clean, well stocked, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, trash bags, ect. Definitely has everything you would need. Each bedroom had seperate heating/cooling units which was a huge plus! Pool and hottub had too much chlorine, if you choose a condo in gatlinburg towers make sure you bring a seperate towel for the pool area and if its chilly, bring a bathing suit cover up! Parking was easy and plenty of room. Thank you!

Took us a good amount of time. It would have helped to know that it was Gatlinburg Towers. Both bathrooms in bedrooms so whoever slept on pull out couch at to enter a bedroom to shower or go to restroom. Very inconvenient.

The TV did not work due to Internet issues, and even if it had, it offered only free channels that will not be watched by most visitors. The WiFi was functional, but was so slow that it made basic tasks, other than just surfing the Web, very difficult if not impossible to accomplish. On the positive side, the unit is as advertised, the location is handy and quiet (bears appeared right in the back of the building more than once) and the hot tub worked and never had anyone there. So, a mixed bag for us on our trip.

Just off the strip but still felt in the woods.

I was pleasantly surprised by this rental. The location was good, even with the walk up the driveway. I was a little worried after navigating the entrance to the building. Hard to locate and not modern. However, that experience was not a true reflection of the quality and comfort of the stay. We saw lots of wild life including bears. I would return to the same unit. Only complaint and not really one - just wish there was a way to include a washer/dryer. Parking could possibly be tight during peak tines. Can’t comment on the pool and hot tub other than the area always looked clean. Overall I thought the property was kept nicely and our unit was clean and well stocked.

It was a great stay for our first time in Gaitlinberg! Highly recommend has a great view, we saw bears right outside our balcony, and you are not far from all the activities or Pigeon Forge. The only thing is the pool room is very warm if you are just there watching your kiddos be ready to be sweating! Otherwise they still had an amazing time.
