Excellent property. Had character and wonderful amenities in the hot tub and fire pit with wood easily available for use. Liked the decor and there was enough room for everyone without feeling cramped.

What an awesome place to stay! We had such an amazing weekend. The house has pretty much any amenity you could ask for, we particularly loved the game room and the hot tub! The hosts are incredibly kind and communicative, and there were so many little welcoming touches around the house that made our stay feel special. Cannot recommend this place enough, we’re already planning to book again next year!

Our stay at the Lamplighter House was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the home felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The property was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable without ever feeling crowded.The kids especially loved the game room and arcade-style games, which kept them entertained for hours. The hot tub, firepit, and sauna were fantastic bonuses and made the evenings especially relaxing. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, providing a great balance of privacy and comfort. Communication with the host was excellent quick, clear, and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and stress free.Overall, this was an outstanding stay and a perfect getaway near Asheville. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Lamplighter House to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and family-friendly retreat.

Awesome property

I have three teens and it’s hard to find a place for a quick getaway that makes them all happy but this place did the job. They are all involved in sports and other activities and all attend different schools so spring breaks never line up. That is the reason we only had one night. We could have stayed in this place for a month and never been bored. The property is perfect. The home is perfect. The host is perfect. The decor in the home is perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.
