Bella Casa is our Tuscany inspired masterpiece located right on the pristine, crystal-clear blue waters of Lake Chelan. Come embrace your sense of wonder and experience âla dolce vitaâ the sweet life! Conceived like a rustic-chic Tuscan Villa, each room has its own sense of style and decorated with iconic Italian flair and the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. The welcoming terraces and balconies throughout provide stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains, orchards and vineyards. There are 4 bedrooms including two King Primaries each with en-suite bathrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms total, sleeps 10. Enjoy the splendid great room with soaring ceilings, rustic beams and terracotta tile. Bi-folding glass doors create a seamless flow, from indoors to the outdoors and the open kitchen/dining/living space provide a spacious atmosphere. Wellness is another important consideration at Bella Casa, in addition to the lake, enjoy our exercise equipment, sauna, optional massage treatments, hot tub and pickle ball court!

Bella Casa came about in 2020 through a major remodel of the original home from the studs up.. Given its unique architecture and rooflines the vision was to create a Tuscany inspired villa complete with its own vineyard. Much of the vision was inspired based on the villas dotted around Lake Como in Italy, another of the world's great glacial formed lakes and often compared to Lake Chelan. The combination of its barrel clay tile look roofing, stucco exterior, rustic beams, corbel accents, window shutters and exterior courtyard complete with stone fountain, you may think you are in the heart of the Mediterranean!

The Chelan and Mason area is rapidly becoming one of the area's largest producers of wine. There are literally dozens of new vineyards in the Manson area alone, they provide the perfect backdrop and atmosphere for a Tuscany style villa. The Manson area also has more dramatic tree lined mountain scenery and sense of wilderness, compared to Chelan, where the surrounding scenery is more scrub like and greater concentration of homes dotting the hillsides. Bella Casa is positioned perfectly to take advantage of these dramatic views, and are considered to be the best in the Chelan area accessible by car at least.
