Un chalet au bord de l'eau spectaculaire toute l'année sur le lac Ossipee. 100 'de plage privée et quai. Réveillez-vous avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et la montagne. Les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle! Grande véranda grillagée à quelques pas de l'eau comprend une nouvelle grande table à manger et un coin salon (vous ne voudrez pas quitter!). Le chalet dispose de 3 chambres (2 chambres avec lit queen et une chambre avec lits superposés - toutes avec matelas récents), 1 salle de bain à l'intérieur et une nouvelle douche extérieure, et une cuisine / salle familiale combinée pour socialiser. Salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Vous pouvez nager, pêcher, bateau, kayak (2 fournis), canoë et pagaies (fournis) ou simplement vous détendre et profiter de la vue juste en face de vous. Ne décevra pas!

Disponible pour tous les NH Lakes Region et White Mountains ont à offrir. Randonnée, vélo, canotage, pêche, natation, shopping et bien plus encore.
40 minutes à North Conway pour les magasins d'usine, les restaurants, les activités et les attractions familiales; y compris Cranmore Adventure Park, Attitash, Storyland, Santa's Village, etc. et à 20 minutes de la charmante ville de Wolfboro.

Just got back from a wonderful fishing vacation at this property. It was so lovely, we hope to do it again next year. The property was better than the photos! Having the dock to keep our bass boat on was an added bonus. Cindy and Greg were very responsive during the process and provided a great deal of information about the property, lake, and area before our stay.

Amazing

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as amazing as our first visit. Could not ask for a more lovely spot to unwind with the family. Beautiful views, swimming, watching the loons, sitting on the incredible screened in porch, we barely left the property (although there is a lot to do nearby if you are so inclined). Cindy was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great host, great place.

Wonderful location and vacation!

Our family had a great time on vacation! The location of the cottage is perfect. Beautiful sunsets on the large front screened in porch right overlooking the water’s edge. Our daughters jumped off the dock and swam for hours. We used the kayaks every day, a couple of days heading over to a large sandbar area for more swimming. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The rooms were cozy. Overall would highly recommend!

Outstanding location on the lake!

We just returned from a week's stay at this lovely lakeside property in Ossipee, NH. The home was clean and inviting with a huge screened in porch overlooking gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. Two kayaks and a canoe were provided for guest use. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking, and fishing. One day we rented a pontoon boat at a nearby marina to explore other areas of the lake as there is one main lake and a few large bays. Would highly recommend this property!

It is an excellent location on the bay with views of the water and mountains. The house is right on the water and the screened in porch was a perfect place to relax and soak in the view. The house is small, yet comfortable and cozy with a gas fireplace. Cindy was super nice and helpful. An "A' for sure!

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I had an amazing time at this lake house. It was comfortable and had everything we could needed, and we always got a quick response from the host when we had a question. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right outside the house. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and having a fire outside in the evenings. Even when it rained, we were able to have just as much fun on the big deck, playing games and enjoying the beautiful views. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience and we can't wait to go back again.

Beautiful Views, Relaxing Spot

This is a very nice spot on Broad Bay on Ossipee Lake. The views across the water especially at sunset are totally beautiful. This is a lake cottage, so you do have neighbors close by on both sides, but during my 4 day stay we all kept pretty much to ourselves. We were polite to them and respected their space and they returned the favor. The kitchen is well stocked with almost anything you could possibly need and the living room is very comfortable. The whole house was immaculate. The screened in porch across the front is really the best spot in the cottage. You're only a few minutes drive to the grocery and for and other supplies and close the White Mountain area for a day trip. I would love to stay here again if I had the chance!

This place can't be beat!

My wife and I have been renting vacation houses for the last 28 years and this was the best place we have stayed at. The house was perfect; it has everything you need. The lake is beautiful. We stayed the last week of June and it was so quiet and peaceful. Most of the week we had very little boat traffic in fact we were the only boat on the big lake all morning one day mid week! The fishing was good; we caught smallmouth, largemouth, pickerel and a couple of huge Calicos. The boat dock looks brand new and was very nice to tie my bass boat up to. Loons are everywhere and we also watched bald eagles and great blue herons on our cruises around the lake and bays. Taste of Fall on Father's Day!!

Yes, We now know how this adorable cottage must be like in the fall! Visiting on Father's Day weekend the weather was very fall like, but we were warm, comfy and cozy inside while the gas fireplace burned, radio played and our family played many fun board games all while looking out an amazing view of Ossipee lake. We grilled on the gas fireplace, slept in comfortable beds and my husband actually tried to catch some fish on the dock outside the door. We had everything we needed in this very clean cottage and made some wonderful memories. The sun was out on Monday in our rear view mirror and we made a promise to ourselves to come back. My husband enjoyed his Father's Day and kept wishing the cottage was ours!! Thank you Cindy for sharing!

Fabulous Ossipee 3-Bedroom Cottage at Perfect Location

We had an awesome week at Ossipee in this ideal 3-bedroom cottage. The wide screen porch has outstanding views of Broad Bay. We spent a lot of time in the sitting area by the water that has both sunny and shaded spots. Skies at sunset were dramatic and the still lake in early morning mirrored cottages and trees in the lake, making for perfect pictures. Two kayaks were provided and the camp’s central location allowed trips across both sides of Broad Bay, Cassie and Turtle Coves, the sandbar, and through the nearby channel to the main lake. The nice dock was perfect for our company’s pontoon boat when they visited from the other side of the lake. The owner provides a comprehensive list of things to do in the local area and it was a memorable experience taking the cog railway to the top of Mt Washington. The cottage is very well equipped. We have rented many times on Ossipee and found this to be the ideal 3-bedroom waterfront setting. We are definitely planning to return next year!

Lakefront cottage

Had everything we needed including 3 kayaks, pool floats to lounge in the lake, and steps to the lake to cool off from the sun. The only thing was that it lists 2 full baths, which is what I filtered on, but it actually only has 1 full and an outdoor shower. I must've missed the heading that says there is only 1 bath. Other than that though, it was a great stay!

Lovely spot right on Broad Bay with a huge screened porch. kayaks, chairs and dock were all available. Screened porch is perfect place to relax, read, and eat meals. Bedrooms are small as is bathroom but all essentials available. Outdoor shower a plus!

Amazing views of the lake with an unbelievable screened in porch to take it all in!!!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and can’t wait for our third. This place is amazing with water access just steps out the door. My two daughters loved it here. The screened in porch makes any day enjoyable, rain, clouds, or sun!!!!! It was also extremely clean and the outdoor shower was the best.

Beautiful lake!

Cindy's cabin was right in front of the lake and it was beautiful! We went for my mother's birthday weekend trip and we absolutely loved the peace and quiet the lake provided. We particularly enjoyed the canoes and kayak on the lake. The only thing was that the house was little old and the bedrooms were close together, so I heard my father snore. Everything else was exactly as it was described. Will stay again :)

Cozy Lake House

The four of us (all adults) stayed at the lake house for a week and we had a very relaxing vacation. The views were incredible and we enjoyed listening to the loons while having dinner on the porch. We used the kayaks, canoe, and also fished from the dock. There were plenty of hiking trails nearby and the Settlers Green Outlet Village was only 40 minutes away. Bring plenty of water since the well water wasn't recommended for drinking. The washing machine was not available for use so plan accordingly if staying for an extended period of time. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for some fun on the water or for a relaxing getaway. This place will not disappoint!!

Tranquil lake house family fun

Cindy and Greg have a beautiful home with everything for a family with children- the private lake beach kept our young children busy for hours while the fire pit and covered porch provided peaceful moments for my husband and I to relax. Would definitely love to stay again.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Bays! The house was very clean and had just about everything we might have needed. We spent tons of time on the huge front porch looking out at the beautiful view. We would definitely stay again.

Our family purchased this adorable cottage a few years. We have enjoyed many summers and winters on Ossipee lake with friends who own a home. Many memories with the kids swimming, fishing, kayaking, tubing, etc. It is a very clean lake with a sandy bottom. When this property came on the market we knew our family would love it!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Since this property sits right at the waters edge it is perfect. No need to go anywhere! We have a boat so once it is on the dock, access is easy - no need to trailer it each day. The best feature about the home is the large screened in porch - it is the length of the home!
